Theft from Room

Whilst staying at this hotel over the weekend of 3rd-5th May 2017, my camera bag, containing all my camera equipment and other electronic devices, was taken from our room whilst we ate in the hotel restaurant.
The night manager was as helpful as he could be, however, the staff on duty the next morning when we checked out could not have been more disinterested or dismissive. They seemed more concerned that we might have had an extra Coke from the mini-bar than the fact that someone staying in their hotel had been robbed!
At the time of writing this I have still received nothing by way of an apology nor any sign of sympathetic understanding from the hotel.
This is most definitely not a hotel I will be staying in again, nor recommending to friends and colleagues.

Dear guest thank you for your comprehensive review. Please understand that this platform is not the right place to disuss the specific matter, whether and where you were robbed - or not. It is a question of investigation by the police, we are not justified to evaluate. Please let me add to other readers that the staff that checked you out where other staff members than those that have been involved in your case at midnight. And just some little additional Information. We did several telephone calls with the Police authorities for you to transfer the file number of the incrimination act as fast as possible to your hands. Otherwise it would have taken much more time. I think this support demonstrates our helpfulness in a situation that is not ours to assess and evaluate. Yours sincerely Peter Löw, your host
