book/confirmed a weekend reservation at Frankfort Super 8 through Expedia. When I arrived for check in, Mike deleted my reservation. Rather than assist me after his mistake he decided to check in the quest that arrived after me before addressing my reservation he messed up. He then proceeded to charge my credit card twice. I contacted both Mike/Expedia numerous times after verifying with my bank these were two distinct charges and not one account hold and one charge. Both Mike/Expedia were not helpful in resolving the issue and continued to accuse me I was incorrect rather than correcting the issue. Lack of customer service from both Mike/Expedia

Thank you for your time and reviewing us. I am sorry that you had this problem. I never tried to accuse you of being incorrect. And yes I agree with you that I deleted your reservation. But I told you I did it by mistake. I never charged you twice, I also confirmed with my bank and wnydham. I told you the reservation that I deleted by mistake it has just a authorization hold not charge. The hold should be clear in one or two business days or just ask your bank the bank policy for authorization hold how long it take to clear it. I will be happy to refund your money if I have charged you twice.
