Check in / check out was done very quickly -excellent. Front desk ordered us a cab ( because it was raining and we chose to take the cab instead of shuttle ) which arrived for pick up early to get us to airport on time !!! Excellent SERVICE BY ALL !!!

After check-in and unpacking my luggage, I realized the refrigerator was not working; first they told me that someone will come to see, but then I was told to check-in in another room, therefore packing my suitcase again after a tired 19-hour flight. The limited number of clothes hangers do not have the bottom part to hang your pants, I did not expect for apologies from the staff, but instead, to hear a ´joke´ about it is too much! There is no phone in the rooms, so for all this coming and going you have to go down and wait in line to be attended again. The air conditioning dial does not seem to be working so I had to keep opening the window. The shuttle bus is so limited (from the hotel finishes at 9:40 and only starts again at 18:30) that I had to take taxi most of the time, including the last day to pick up my suitcases and go back to the airport. Also, the shuttle bus stop is a block away and in the open air, so when it is raining is quite unfeasible. I bought vouchers for the shuttle bus ahead and because of the limited schedule, I had one extra to which I asked for the refund, but received no reply, only a ´smile´ from the attendant doing the check-out. Definitely do not recommend this hotel, there are far better hotels that I stayed in the vicinity.

The air conditioning should be adjustable in each room for personal comfort; we regret that it seemed unresponsive and will investigate promptly. The shuttle service is indeed designed to provide convenience, and we regret any inconvenience caused by its schedule. Staff took forever to check me in, no toiletries in the room, no brush or anything, and if you want to call room service you can't because there's no phone, I asked twice about the shuttle but nobody seemed to be able to tell me that a ticket is needed to get on it, which I had to purchase separately, there's no place to eat nearby and staff couldn't even tell me where or how to get hot water. I would be okay with this but for just 40 € more i could have booked the marriot or something.

On the face of it it was a nice property. It was , however in the middle of nowhere. There were no trollies or assistance to take bags to the room. The check-in staff was good. The breakfast was good and the staff attentive. The bar / restaurant was pleasant but with an extremely limited selection. The shuttle to the airport was limited and the last morning one departed at 0940. They do not permit " signing" rather all transactions are completed in cash or MasterCard/Visa. Do not attempt to use American Express. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was adequate. There is a pool and a Sauna,but I did not check those out. IF I absolutely had to , I would stay again,but it is very far down my list.

Sufficient nest in Frankfurt
Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. My family need extra pillows as there were 4 of us and they brought us what they could. Location was convenient with plenty of food within 1km walking distance. Taxi’s were plentiful as they charge per head for airport shuttle so it’s more worth it to take a taxi if you are traveling with more than one person. They give you a bottle of sparkling water for every room which is nice but should have regular bottle water on hand incase people aren’t into sparkling water. Hotel restaurant isn’t open for regular dinning but only if you pre paid for a meal package which is unfortunate for them. Overall a good experience.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. In a quiet area only 6 minutes from the airport. Several great restaurants in the area 5 minutes walk. Staff is helpful and kind. We had a great two night stay at this hotel.

The property sits in an industrial area so you are isolated and the hotel offers no food or beverages. So for guests arriving late at night, you are stuck with no access to any services. The poor front desk employee is all alone with a long line of people trying to check in. The "soft open" of this hotel is making Wyndham money, but at the inconvenience of paying guests.

Our room was extremely hot when we first arrived. We brought this to the staff's attention when we left for a short time. We were offered a different room upon our return, which we did not end up needing. Staff was attentive to our concern. We didn't need/use any of their services. I can’t speak to the property really aside from the lobby since upon checking in my reservation was no where to be found which was concerning considering I had already paid for the room upfront. Just ridiculous all around. I ended up sitting in the hotel lobby for hours until my Uber ride to the airport.

Our taxi took us way out of the way to run up the meter and then threw our luggage on the pavement because I didn’t double the unfair fare as a tip. Hotel appeared to be in a bad neighborhood and did not look at all inviting. Picture used only showed the bar, which we never saw. When we got off the elevator on our floor, we thought we had entered a major construction zone; we had trouble breathing in the hall because of paint fumes. All room doors just had a piece of paper taped to the door with the room numbers on them. Bed didn’t look inviting at all. There were no trash cans in the room or the restroom. There were no amenities at all. None. When I sat on my side of the bed, my legs touched the side of the bed and my toes touched the wall, making it very difficult to maneuver

Nice overnight stay
The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. We loved the view of the planes taking off & landing. Not noisy except for renovations happening, didn’t bother us at all. Thanks

We got at the hotel around 10pm. All the dining option was closed and very scarce amount of snacks/food available. As it is a airport hotel, the dining option should be open till late as there are late flights. The room was very nice and clean. However, very few amenities. The hand soap was near depletion. We had to use the soap dispenser in the shower. The soap dispenser in the shower was all in one shampoo conditioner bodywash. Not the greatest, but I guess for one night, was fine.

Could be a nice spot. Isn’t.
This is an older property with real potential that has not been realized. The smell upon walking in the room was of sewer. The carpet was old and stained, most likely causing the smell. The air-conditioning did not work so a window had to be left open to vent the room and release the smell. As someone that said it’s not an airport hotel but reasonably close by, still a drive. There’s no signs easily seen and was difficult to find. Had to ask multiple people where it was (in or broken languages) and still had issues in the dark. Even the sign on the property is small and taped to a wall at the building. The property could be a great place but just isn’t. Needs attention. Don’t think I’d book again. Spend a little more for better.

The hotel smelled musty. The restaurant and bar were unavailable. The room had no TV, no fridge, no phone. False advertising! We didn't stay, found another hotel.

The pool was drained and out of commission. There where also light switches in the rooms that didn’t work, light covers missing and no TV. The bathroom was clean though

Our stay was very short just one night but i was amazed by the level of kindness of the staff.We arrived at 9 am "early check in" they did not mind and even they offred us a free breakfast.i recommand this hotel to most flyers who has a short layover in frankfurt
