Very convenient position. Close to old town

Posted Jul 17, 2016
Only disappointment was that the hilton seem to add every extra they can onto cost of room.ie - charging €14 + per day for wifi in room. There are only 3 lifts which travel to all floors. This means that waiting times for lifts can be unacceptable. The plumbing is an obvious problem. Apart from being a very noisy system , the toilets in foyer had an awful smell coming from them. Not really acceptable in a modern hotel.

Excellent Hotel in the city center

Posted Jul 10, 2016
Pros: We enjoyed the English language newspaper at breakfast (NY Times international edition).
Location: Right on the green belt around the old town which is nice for walks. Many good restaurants nearby. Just 2 blocks from the pedestrian shopping street.
We enjoyed our stay at this fine hotel within easy walking distance of the main shopping district of Frankfurt. The rooms are well appointed, There was an excellent breakfast buffet and gym facilities. The hotel claims to have the largest indoor pool of any hotel in Germany. It is certainly good sized and a great option for exercise. The steam room and saunas were the perfect way to relax at the end of the day and well worth the extra 12 euros, (free for Hilton rewards program members).

Teure Zusatzleistungen, schlechter Service

Posted Jun 19, 2016
Sowas nervt mich immer tierisch.

Gutes Hotel, tolle Lage

Posted May 30, 2016
Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Beim nächsten Frankfurtbesuch werde ich wieder dort übernachten. Einzige Kritik: Mensch Leute, putzt mal die Fenster...
