The hotel is outdated, everything inside is worn out and shabby. The facilities are simply too old to even consider using. The lobby zone is tiny, no space for any meetings or work. Breakfast was very modest, with barely any options. Moreover the staff was unfriendly. My jacket which was closed in a bag and left in reception as a package has disappeared and they didn’t even bother looking for it. The only good thing was the stunning view. Would definitely not recommend, complete dissatisfaction.

The shower in the bedroom was really weird. The lifts failed so we had to use stairs one day, but they were really filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned for weeks. We stayed on the 28th floor but still had a lot of banging noises above us. Location good, staff friendly, large room, but wouldn't book again.

Located on the 29th floor which required us to stop at the 22 and then call for another elevator every time. Small apartment layout with kitchenette but without any utensils to use the appliances. Overall a good, clean and central location. Just those minor details that could make the experience much better

This hotel was so much fun. Being at the top of the tower, there seem to be incredible views no matter which room you get. The staff was so friendly, making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we need.

Great Hotel, Amazing views.
This hotel has nice rooms, clean and plenty of space to relax and make coffee or warm up left overs. My favourite thing about the room was the awesome view of Frankfurt. We had the highest floor and so the views were breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was delicious, plenty of options for all diets, coffee machine that makes a delictable cafe americano. The check in was a bit weird. In order to check in, the reception is on the 22nd floor, rather than the ground floor.

Excellent view from the 28th floor. The room was very simple, while the size was ok. It's a bit pricey for what you get. But the view is fantastic and the breakfast was good. Communication and staff was excellent.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL. It has beautiful rooms with huge bathtubs and sweeping city views. The bar also has great views, it was the perfect place to end a day of touring the city. The staff was extremely accommodating and very nice, they spoke English to help me and showed me on a map all the places to go. The elevators are also very cool - a unique system that is worth taking the time to learn how it works. I can't wait to come back here.

Poor service
One of the worst checkin experience so far. Arrived by my car but my confirmation number was not recognised so had to first finish my check in formalities. The hotel did not have any reception on the ground level so my wife and I had to go all the way up to the 22nd floor to complete our check in before coming down again to park and collect our luggage. However this is not where it ended. On entering our room we found it to be of the lower category than what we had booked online. So again after informing the reception, we had to move all our luggages to shift to another room. Location of the hotel was good with nice views from the room. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were big and clean. Overall the hotel seemed low on staff and lacked the service and friendly staff one would expect from a 4 or 5 star hotel. Would surely not stay in the hotel again.

With regret we have noticed that you did not feel comfortable during your stay with us. We apologize for the difficulties by not finding your reservation in the first place. By allowing only house guests to enter our car park, we check the reservations before we open our barrier. This is for security and we hope for your understanding. We never have offered you a lower room category than booked. Both rooms you have seen correspond to the same category (premium apartment), but have a different style. We are sorry, that the first Apartment did not suit you as well. We are pleased that you enjoyed the location and the view with us.
