Broken aircon & WiFi, surly staff.

We stayed at LiV’iN hotel in Frankfurt recently and were very disappointed by the experience. I stayed at the hotel as a group of four as we are attending an exhibition, and we all agreed to hotel did not meet expectations.
The aircon didn't work from Sunday arrival to next Friday making the front facing rooms unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms and was told I couldn't, I asked for a fan and was told there were none. A colleague asked for an extra pillow and was told there were none as the hotel was full! I asked to speak with a Manager and was told they would contact me. They never did. The wifi didn't work for our stay either. The receptionist was surly and refused to accept they needed to sort out the issue with temperature, I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.
To compound matters, I have emailed twice with my complaint and have been completely ignored, which I guess demonstrates their attitude and lack of respect for their customers.
