We were expecting a room for three people with two beds and one sofa bed. It was a small room with one double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. The room was extremely tiny for three people, but it was clean and the Staff were so nice and polite. The location is excellent and the hotel in general is a good hotel. Our room was very good for two people. The breakfast is good.

Our rooms have a size of 25m² and you are absolutely right that this is the right size for two people. But since we can prepare the sofa bed it is also usable for 3 people. Nice hotel near the Messe.

Location: near messe. MRT station is 10 minutes walk away.
Very friendly service and comfortable room. A little bit far from the shopping area but taxi is only abut 5~10 minutes. as all other Novotel. it is no risk.

Nice hotel, in business district - not such a good location for a family oriented visit to Frankfurt. Excellent staff, very responsive to any questions or concerns we raised.

Nice hotel, I will go back next time. Free car park, free internet everywhere in the hotel. Entertaining for children

Very Good Stay

I can't fault the hotel services and staff, although the hotel is small and basic bit like most Novotel around the world, they delivered. From breakfast to the bed sheets they excelled. Tips: Unless you really need to, taxis are not important,. Come out of the hotel, turn right and do a first right again, at the junction there's a Tram stop that takes you to the Central Station that can connect you to Europe literally. It is about 10 minutes ride.

I love the area and 15 minute walk to go to centre. All over excellent ! We definitely come back again.

Nice hotel for weekend stay

Besides slow registration by check-in, and not redienes of our room by 2 p.m. other services and hotel location are ok.
