Meraviglioso hotel poco distante dal centro

Ho soggiornato in questo meraviglioso Hotel dal 30 Dicembre 2015 al 3 Gennaio 2016. L'albergo è poco distante dal centro e dalla stazione centrale (Hauptbahnhof central station raggiungibile facilmente con il tram 17). Il personale è cortese e professionale; le camere pulite ed accoglienti. Bellissima ed efficiente la sauna. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Le personnel du restaurant et à l'accueil était particulièrement attentif et prévenant. J'ai passé un séjour parfait, chambre propre et confortable, calme, situation idéale près de la foire. J'y retournerai sans la moindre hésitation.

Ganz nett für wenig Ansprüche

Wir haben die Frankfurter Buchmesse besucht und mussten von Samstag auf Sonntag übernachten. Das Negative begann schonmal damit, dass wir erst ab 14 Uhr ins Zimmer konnten, nur gegen Aufpreis von 30€ hätten wir früher ins Zimmer gekonnt. Beim Einchecken kam mir die Rezeption sehr unfreundlich rüber, sie haben auch sehr leise gesprochen und nur das Allernötigste erklärt. Das Zimmer selbst war okay. Wer allerdings einen leichten Schlaf hat, der sollte sich ein anderes Hotel buchen: im Zimmer über uns wurde gefeiert und das nachts um halb 1. Wir haben dann die Rezeption angerufen und uns beschwert, das hat aber auch nichts gebracht. Das Frühstück war dann wieder super. Was auch zu bemängeln war, war das Parkhaus. Total unübersichtlich und teuer (20€ für 24h). Von den ganzen betrunkenen Typen um das Hotel rum, will ich garnicht erst anfangen..

Dass Gäste nachts einmal lauter werden, kommt leider immer mal vor und lässt sich durch das Empfangspersonal zwar leicht eindämmen, jedoch meist nicht immer ganz abstellen. Dass sich außerhalb des Hotels nachts Personen aufhalten, die auch mal etwas über den Durst trinken, ist unangenehm, kommt aber eher selten vor und lässt sich vom Hotel auch schlecht beeinflussen oder gar beheben. wifi is free only for one device (they could make it clearer) excellent breakfast buffet did not manage to try the sauna and sport facilities

Over priced breakfast...

My husband and I stayed one night. Parking was difficult and overly complicated. Internet access is complicated, slow and can easily be very expensive. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very depleted and the hot food cold....this for 20Euro per person...not worth it...total rip-off. Getting in and out of the parking garage (20 Euro per day) was complicated with having to check in with the desk to get a pass each time. The room was small with bare minimum furnishings and no outlet in the bathroom. Room was clean, staff spoke English well.

Comodo a due passi dalla fiera

Pros: Collocazione, prezzo contenuto.
Cons: Nella hall non è disponibile un pc con stampante a servizio della clientela.
Weekend con visita alla fiera di Francoforte il cui ingresso è a 5 minuti a piedi. Per andare in centro occorre utilizzare un mezzo pubblico.
