Wonderful stay this time round

First of all i would like to thank Michel , very fine lady for welcoming me back with better enthusiasm then i had with someone els last year on my first stay, where i faced terrible things . However this time round was much better, took me lot of courage to book this hotel again! I am glad i made a good choice and Michel welcome was heart warming! Keep up the good work guys & please your guest with fully 4 or 5 * standard & next time it could be you as a guest in another hotel. Warm regards, Umar

A positive memory in this hotel

Pros: The swimming pool and level of comfort.
Cons: Everything was great.
Location: You can see the motorway and whole city from the windows of upper floors.
It was my first time visiting Frankfurt. While I was staying on the top floor of this hotel, I was feeling empowered, happy and great-full of my luck. I recommend this hotel for whoever that can accept to creat a positive memory for himself / herself. be happy :)

Nice hotel, great location

i liked the hotel design, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are very clean. hotel staff are friendly, and food is good.

Business hotel - bad a/c, no fresh air at all

Business hotel near fair. Very expensive breakfast, medium quality at best. Room NYC size , no standard equipment (like ironing ETC) , cabinet too small to hang more than one jacket. If you need to get to fair for one day - ok. NOT recommended for anything beyond one night.

Cons: La 4 stele nu poti avea lenjerie gaurita!
Location: E Frankfurt. In apropiere este doar autobuz!
Am cautat un hotel care sa fie aproape de Messe, dar am calculat gresit. Este destul de departe, obligatoriu cu masina. Este ok. Curat.

This is not 4 star, 2 star at best.

The caveat is this review is made without exaeration. According to expedia.com this hotel offers a king bed, which completely untrue. The hotel only offers double beds. Two single beds sanwhiched together, which constantly slide apart. The business class room choices are one the size of a shoe box or two a larger room which is a very basic hotel room. Breakfast food stations are horribly configured. At 0630 and beyond it is busy and everyone is crowded around the food. We stood in the omelet line for 30 minutes. Do not stay here. Spend the extra some place else.

Pros: view was good, parking place in the street was good
Cons: decoration
Location: location is good as it takes 10 minutes to center by car.
I did not like the decoration at all, did not match a modern hotel at all. Rooms should be more bigger, beds should be bigger also.

I had a bad experience with front dest staff. They charged me extra night for parking which I didn't use.
