The price is not worth that much.

Non-smoking room had smoke smell. Staff are good enough. The price at this season is too high.

Of course a non-smoking room has nothing to do with a smoking smell. I want to apoligize for that. In relation to the comment you wrote about the prices. Roomers Frankfurt.

Pros: My second room after being moved at 1.30am
Cons: Remove Adjoining doors.
Unfortunately my room had an adjoining door despite being a single professional person on a business trip. I asked for a change of room to which i was told the hotel was full. At 1.30am when the neighbours returned and were talking a reasonable level and watching TV this obviously woke me up. I spoke to the staff who visited my room and agreed that having an adjoining door was not satisfactory - they then moved me. Why they couldnt have moved me at 7pm on my first request is a mystery.

Favorite Frankfurt Place to Stay

Our favorite place to stay while in Frankfurt. Excellent restaurant and exercise/health facilities with sauna and steam rooms. Friendly staff.

The stay was great however on check out hotel refused to give an invoice. This is needed by me as this trip was business

Great location

Pros: The Spa and location
Cons: Separate the bar from the rest of the hotel. The (cigarette) smoke is penetrating the hotel and travels up the stair case...
Location: Main River, Museums, Theaters, Main Train Station, City Center
We stayed three days at the Roomers Frankfurt and were impressed with the gym and spa area. The Spa area has outside access and is greatly designed. One word of caution, some guests end up in the Spa area at night and bring drinks (in glasses) with them. I almost stepped in a piece of glass on the floor of the outside area. Very dangerous! Also, we encountered several spa guests with mobile phones. No "Mobile Device" signs are everywhere although nobody cares. It would be great to enforce this rule better. We had some issues with the electricity in our original room, although the staff was very accommodating and upgraded us. Nonetheless, the basic rooms are very small. The hotels main color is black, including the rooms. Make sure you like that kind of ambience, when staying here :-) Overall, we enjoyed the central location with walking distance to the main river, the museums, theaters and the city center.

Great hotel

This was an amazing stay. Staff was phenomenal. Room was very well designed and very comfy. I wanted to steal bedding it was so good. I didn't want to leave bed and room. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful. If in Frankfurt this is a place to stay!

For couples only....

It's a fine enough hotel, but it's definitely orientated to couples, romantic couples, not my BFF and I who were in town for the Christmas market. All rooms...every single room...is one bed. The shower has no privacy at all. We were booked into this hotel because the original hotel we booked decided to remodel in the middle of our stay. Plus, I think the 100 euro PER NIGHT hold on my credit card in case of charges is really excessive. And the hold is not removed immediately...you have to watch your credit card to make sure it's not charged.
