Much better than expected at a very competitive rate. Just the price for the breakfast buffet is a bit over the top, so that I decided to skip breakfast. Rooms to main street are quite noisy when you open the window, so better look for a room on the silent side.

Good value,comfortable room.
Very pleasant 2 day stay,comfortable room,good value. Only issue was that the restaurant wasn't open in the evening with only light meals available at the bar.

Air con not working so room was very hot. Restaurant was closed so no on-site evening meal option and no drinks available in the room. Otherwise it was fine for what was needed.

Good hotel. Maybe a little dated. Nice location, walkable. Good access to FRA. A/C was not working while we were there, so caution. Very clean - friendly staff.

Take care for parking policy
Everything in Hotel Select was great! Top location, very clean rooms, only there was a misunderstanding with parking place for the car. Hotel does not guarantee for the parking place! If there is available parking at their yard, then you can park, if not as it was case with us the very first night, girl at the reception said try to find a park place down the street, because in the hotels.com it says that "hotel have parking place" - which doesn't mean that "hotel will provide a parking place for you". It was really unpleasant experience, searching for a park please at 23.50 on the streets of a place that you are visiting for the first time!

Good location, easy access to buses as bus stop is within 100m. Calm and quite place. Had a very peaceful stay. Perfectly clean room and adequate amenities.

I have stayed with my friend the room was good but sky tv wasnt working also the towels in the toilet had some colour marks on it. Overall was not bad

This is an excellent hotel for the price. Don’t expect an exciting neighborhood but a good price and good proximity to Frankfurt.

Terrible, uncomfortable, and rudness... oh my!
If you have back problems or do not want back problems then I would suggest you do not stay at this hotel. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable! As well, my room was dirty upon my arrival. I asked for clean sheets 3 days in a row, but everyday I would come back to a room that had black hair in the sheets and on the bathroom floor. With me having blonde hair, this was an indication that the sheets and bathroom were not cleaned. I finally walked up to the cleaning lady myself and asked for my sheets to be changed and she just handed me new sheets. While I am not above making my own bed, that is not something I expect to do while paying to stay at the hotel. Furthermore, the staff was incredibly rude from the front desk all the way to the manager I spoke with about the various issues to include the dirtiness of my room, the rudeness of the staff, the broken phone in my room and the lights that were not working. The hotel claims to be 4 stars but it most certainly is not up to that standard and this is clearly why the hotel is listed at a cheaper price than others in the area.

Everything about stay was excellent except air conditioner barely blew any air. Many German hotels don't have AC but if you advertise it, make sure it works. Very good but expensive breakfast buffet. One block from very good Indian/pizza/Asian restaurant and an Aldi.

Good hotel for business trips but a bit overpriced
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I wasn’t crazy about the location because there were no local shops or restaurants nearby but it is a good hotel for business trips. The breakfast and restaurant had a nice selection of food. I thought it was overpriced significantly by my American standards.

The air conditioning blows HOT air in the guest rooms which made it excessively HOT. The staff said the air conditioner is working because the lobby is cool and claims one AC unit cools the rooms and lobby.

Fine for a place to crash
We picked this trip as a late night stop at the end of our road trip the night before flying out of Frankfurt Int'l. The drive from here to the airport was quick and easy and the free parking was nice. Average for a three star hotel. Would not want to stay for more than one night.
