Great location. Nice rooms very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to main attractions. Centrally located. Staff very helpful.

Very beautiful hotel

We were only staying for 1 night before flying home the following day. This hotel is within walking distance of a lot! We really enjoyed our evening and wished we had planned for more than 1 night! The staff were all very nice and helpful! The room was nice and clean.

Great location

The Weston Grand Frankfurt is only 3 minutes walking away from S train station and lots of bars and restaurants near by.

The hotel location is great and next to Zail street The check in staff was not helpful and disappointed me and made my stay uncomfortable as I had one request to have a shower in the room instead of bath tub but unfortunately they didn't afford it to me and they didn't explain it in a proper way that they don't have any availability and no one at the hotel during my stay for 3 nights tried to say we are SORRY. Also the hotel charge extra fees for quite rooms (€20 per night) only to have room at the back.

Unfortunately our hotel has only 3 rooms with a shower only functional bathroom, all our other rooms do have the bathtub / shower combination which you have found in your Executive room #649. I took that information already on your profile, to make sure our front office team can take actions prior your next arrival to assign a room with a separate shower for you. As well our Reservations Manager Ms. Kirsten Stollenwerk will reach out to Expedia to fix the wording on their website, that nobody else will face such a misunderstanding again in the future. May I kindly ask you for a detailed feedback of this stay? As I can read from your feedback we missed an opportunity to wow you within your check In, is that right?
