Was very good great location bit expensive overall iupgrades breakfast etc Pool indoor and gym fantastic

Excellent Location

Pros: The location
Cons: Nothing, very satisfied!
Location: Dec. is the best time to visit Frankfurt and enjoy the Christmas markets and all cheer within the city.
My stay could not have been any better, the hotel staff was very helpful and the service too! The hotel is centrally location to all the major site within the city. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Id return for bar tender, Fatih!

The bar tender made my husband and I want to return for dinner at the bar to enjoy not only his excellent quality in drinks but also his company. An exquisite gentlemen. Loves and knows his craft. Incredibly knowledgeable. No cocktail he hasn't studied. I'm from Los Angeles, and this man I would hire to and beg to move to my bar if I opened one. He alone is worth visiting the hotel for.

"5" star hotel that "nickel & dimes" guests

Booked this 5 star hotel thru Expedia thinking I was getting a great rate. Wrong! Discovered it was one of the few hotels in Europe that does not offer free Wi-Fi to guests who book thru Expedia. Outrageously high cost for Wi-Fi. Meals & drinks are overpriced even for a hotel. Rooms were not comfortable - no lounge chair. Had to watch TV from bed. Skimpy towels, coffee supplies not restocked consistently, plumbing fixture broken. A disappointing "5" star hotel.

Very nice hotel

The staff were very helpful. Hotel centrally located. Only downside was having to use the lobby for free WiFi as there was an extra charge to use it in your room. The Nespresso machine was temperamental and sometimes didn't work but overall we were very happy with the hotel.

T'was lovely as a place to stay. I don't know why expedia wants me to be verbose and keep adding words, however. That is slightly annoying Expedia. If I just want to say it was nice and leave it at that, what's the harm in that? I'm now more likely to write more negative words about this segment of your service than simply saying I enjoyed my stay at the Westin.

Accommodating staff

Cons: Breakfast too expensive at 33 euros
Location: Excellent central location near the river and main shopping areas
We arrived very early at the hotel but the reception staff were very accommodating and secured us a room very quickly. Staff elsewhere in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Nice and comfortable but expensive

This is not the first time. Maybe the 5th or even more. I like this hotel very much although it is sometimes overpriced during fair times.
