Service is disastrous

Posted Jan 31, 2017
I expected a far better service for a 4 star hotel. No tissues in the room, asked for an ironing machines 4 times to have it and I even had to take it down myself with the whole thing. We paid for room service thatbwe did nt have for 2 nights. No one cleaned our room and we have no idea why. Asked for towels and they told me I had to go down myself to bring it. Very bad stay that made my trip really a headache.

Clean, Effective, and very nice Staff!

Posted Oct 23, 2016
Pros: Extremely intelligent use of rooms space! Very practical! Not big, but you fit more comfortable than in hundred of other hotels with 3 times bigger surface! Also, very clean, new materials, attention to the interior design details! Nice the solution with glass wall between bathroom an bedroom! A real German Quality!
Cons: A poor selection for other European TV channels. Italian channels did't work at all! (the same Spanish or Greek) And is a little far away from Frankfurt Messe! (6 tram stops)
Location: It's not in the "mid-town walking area", so to rich the Downtown, you need to get a Taxi (especially in the evening). To track&run, is perfect place!

Dear guest, Referring to your assessment I would like to thank you for you nice words and positive mention about me. I am very happy you have enjoyed your stay in our hotel. We are very happy about our convenient location in Frankfurt that allows our guests a good and fast connection to the center city or the fair center by tram, bus or car. Frankfurt is a metropolis, which makes it not easy no require an all quiet room. We usually have always the possibility to change rooms during a stay upon request. We also offer a different variety of room categories from single rooms (25sqm) over Business rooms (26sqm) to our Junior Suites (36-38sqm). The different categories can be seen on request. We also offer our Superior category (26sqm) where the bathroom is equipped with a milky glass front that makes it impossible to look into or out of the bathroom. It is too bad that we could not refer to all of your wishes, because we offer a big variety. Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately during your stay if you have any wishes or complaints to make.

Great to have the Tergut supermarket next door

Posted Sep 20, 2016
Pros: Very efficient single room - nice fresh linens, modern decor.
Cons: Pillows are horrible. Very uneven filling.
Hotel convenient to public transportation (out the side door) and a market (on the same block). Safe area for walking, make sure to check out Rebstock Park.

Cons: Turn on air conditioning unit all the time and have CUSTOMER decide if they want to have it on or off. Room includes air conditioning/heating
Front desk was very helpful. The only negative comment would be regarding the air-conditioning. Apparently because it was cool outside, air conditioning unit was not turned on. Had to open windows and noise was loud outside

More staff training needed

Posted Apr 25, 2016
Pros: Location, walking distance of the Messe
Cons: Staff
Morning Staff at reception 19 April had their eyes glued to computer screens and managed after supreme effort to look up and speak to me. No trace of a smile or a friendly voice , it really was as though i was a complete inconvenience. i think that they either need more training or a different job.

Nice, quiet location away from the City

Posted Apr 11, 2016
Pros: Newness, clean, large elevators, stairs and rooms.
Cons: The WiFi was slow and unreliable. They should buy more upload and download bandwidth from their carrier.
Location: The 17 Tram is close and makes an easy ride to Central Station.
This is a nice hotel if you want to get away from the City. The facility is new and clean. The rooms are spacious for Europe. The 20 Euro breakfast was extensive and great. You have to walk a bit to get to a restaurant but there is a nice Italian place called La Famiglia.

Good hotel, but off the beaten path and had to take the tram to the city. Very conveniently located next to the tram station. Street parking was free and abundant. Loved the room set up and interiors, especially the bathroom! Good for business events. Staff was very helpful.

Good hotel. Nothing special.

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: The front desk and the sauna.
Cons: Housekeeping, size of blanket (way too small for the bed).
Location: Hop on the tram (right across from the hotel) and in a few minutes you are at Messa/fair or the main train station (which is an interesting area).
The front desk people are great. The room is ok. Clean and modern. Very small which is ok if other amenities make up for it which in this case they really don't. The spa area (steam room, Sauna, treadmill, exercise bikes) is fine but no dumb bells or weights of any kind. The restaurant had good food and for Germany not too expensive. That is important as there are VERY few choices of places to eat within walking distance. Although the pizza place (left out of the hotel a few feet to main road then right for 250 meters or so) was cheap and good. The REWE supermarket is close and really good to look around.
