It was safe and clean. The only downside was the tv had a recent upgrade. Ours wasnt connected properly so we didnt have a tv to watch, but staff was very helpful and apologetic about it, so no big deal.

We liked very much the breakfast - just delicious - & the pool which is salt-disinfected (water smells & feels very good).
What we disliked was the heat pump heating unit that we couldn't switch to "heat" (only auto) & it kept blowing cold air 1st the whole night.

This is our second stay here for a lacrosse tournament @ UMASS Amherst- both stays Nov 2022 & Nov 2023 were great. our only complaint this time was the tv and bed were off kilter so difficult to be comfy & watch tv but that is just a personal opinion. We are definitely returning for Nov 2024

The hotel room was nice. The price gauging was insane. To pay 600 a night to stay at a place that overlooks a parking lot and 99 is insane. At the most or should have cost 150.

Everything hS been great, from check in the very quiet for restful sleep, to allowing my pups to accompany us on our trip. Breakfast was good too! Looking forward to spending tonight as well.

This was a quick overnight getaway to watch the Greenfield Triathlon and the room was perfect.

The Hotel wasn't convenient to the fields where we had a softball tournament. easy walk to the 99 and Friendly's. right off the highway. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only issue was the elevator seemed to get stuck a couple of times and there was a large hair ball/ swirl left in the bathroom.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. However, I would not stay here again for the price of the room and the room condition. The mattress and linens were great but the room is outdated. The wall paper was peeling in some areas and the drain in the bathroom sink seemed to be clogged. The hotel itself seemed clean but I would never pay the nightly rate here again.

Breakfast assiciate was very friendly. Check in associate was also a pleasure even though we couldnt check in early ( plans canceled due to rain).

Comfortable and clean with nice breakfast. Interior was great. Staff pleasant. Hotel next door was not as well maintained and had lots of displaced families with children playing in parking lot. Outside area had poor parking and very congested. Several panhandlers in area near hotel.

The mini frig wasn't plugged in when I got there and required moving a heavy unit away from the wall to get to the outlet. Coffee pot had no available outlet so needed to be moved to another area. Staff was friendly and helpful.
