The Worst Place I've ever Stayed

Pros: The beds were comfortable. That's it.
Cons: Everything needed improvement. The staff was horrible and rude, the ac was full of dust and barely cooled the room, no fan in bathroom..everything!
Location: It was located near the Marriott where we stayed last year and not far from Embassy Suites where we stayed the year before and will stay next year.
This was beyond belief as far as unbelievably horrible. The staff was rude and everything I needed I had to go pick up myself. I needed extra pillows, "Can you come pick them up?" The only friendly girl did realize I was using a walker and am severely disabled so she brought them to my room. There were a total of 3 employees all doing nothing who could have brought them. No ice bucket. Can Iit b come get it? I do and when I take the lid off there is brown sticky substance on the lid so I took it back and asked for a clean one. He said he would bring me ice. 30 mins, no ice. His son is bringing it. 30 more mins. His son brought it to the wrong room. I go get it myself. We went through this hell for 5 nights. The night before we left we had only 1 working light between the beds and the other died so I called for light bulb to be changed. Can I come get it? I go in lobby & in a normal voice say "This is the worst customer service I've ever" and the clerk slams her leg on the chair she was not sitting on and expected me to notice her swollen ankles which I didn't. She went off on me,I had NO idea what she'd gone through and what kind of day she'd had and on and on and I was shocked.I told her I wasn't about her personally but the HOTEL and she still kept on,took her 10 mins to find 1 light bulb crying entire time, rude, I took it and while trying to get the bulb out shocked my finger..badly. Told her not to get up but to let someone know. Yes, this really happend!

Travel stop

While the location and price were good, the facilities left a lot to be desired. The carpet in the room was frayed and worn. Toilet paper dispenser was coming off the wall. The beds were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok except the eggs were not replenished with another 30 minutes left.

Only problem I had was the first room they offered wasn't ready for guest, so I requested another which they graciously gave me.

Jacuzzi in our room :)

We needed a hotel for overnight stay and we want a cheaper one because we just gonna sleep and drive all the way to memphis. My wife and I shocked that our room has a jacuzzi in it. The room was clean and staff was helpful. Thumbs up!

Good Experience at a Decent Price

Pros: It's a no frills hotel. Just the basics. The staff I encountered were all pleasant.
Cons: The only thing that I wish is that when they updated the rooms, they had replaced the carpet in our room.
Location: It's right off the interstate so you have access to lots of different restaurants. Downtown Franklin is a great historical town to visit.
We stayed for four days for a baseball tournament. For the price we paid, it definitely served our needs.

Rooms could use updating and a lot of cleaning. Customer service and breakfast was very good.

I suppose you get what you pay for but this was a bit rough. The bed was clean and comfortable but the carpet was old and gross and the whole room smelled like an outhouse.

Good choice

Older design building with outside access to rooms, but clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything worked; no problem. Staff was pleasant and attentive.
