Last Resort

Pros: Location to Hwy.
Cons: Don't advertise the room as non smoking, when it clearly has been used recently as a smoking room.
Location: Good access to resturants.
Let me start by saying that I was a late evening check in, so I never really gave the hotel a chance to make things better since it was 11:00 pm and I had just driven all day. Beside the fact that when I got to the hotel I had to wait outside for somebody to come to the front desk to help me. Secondly, the room smelled like smoke, even though it was advertised as a non smoking room. The were cig burns on the floor in the kitchen, rust around the drain in the tub, no remote for the tv, and God knows what the hell was on the curtain by the closet. Having said all of that, I just needed rest and it worked as a crash bed for the night.

Room had mold

Mold in bathroom and kitchen walls. Then they came to replace frig and spilt water all over bed.

Mold, soap scum, thick dust in air return, nobody at front desk(3visits) no blow dryer, office staff could not find one? One man offered a discount, next day new staff said no discount, contact Expedia. Just so disappointing. Internet pics good, actual property, unkept.

It looks fine on the outside, but the inside isn't very nice at all. It wasn't clean.

I was hoping to stay in a nice comfortable hotel, but upon entering the room there were no pillows, the tv and air condition was off, there was no mattress for the pull out sofa, the bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, no trash can for the room, no pots, pans, plates, nor silverware and the paints was peeling off the wall. The next day no house keeping... I called the front desk to let them know about the shower curtain, trash can and needing new sheets and towels. When they bought it to the room I had to put up the shower curtain up, I placed the trash can in the bathroom and change my own sheerts. I will not be returning to this hotel.. #verydisapppintment#notworththemoney

Prob wouldn't stay here again

Stale smoke smell. Air conditioners wouldn't run right - got hot sleeping. Dirty linen left on sofa bed. No clean linen in room for bed. Had to call for it. Was told she didn't have any blankets

The room was clean, but the shower curtain had noticeable mold in several places.

Good attitude. Need to stock kitchen

The front desk was exceptional. I am surprised the kitchen had no utensils, pots, pans, glasses or coffee pot. This contradicts the advertisement. No coffee pots were available the first night. The front desk was able to secure one for the second night.

Not great, smells like smoke and had to have some clean sheets delivered to the room. Never again!
