family stay

Pros: Breakfast was excellent
Cons: Television needs more channel selections .we missed the baseball playoffs
Location: Great
Price of the rooms was very high.We had three.the television was very limited

Stay was good, handy location.

Pros: Great breakfast, nice size room.
Cons: Air conditioner was very noisy, not the fan but the compressor. One side of the drapes and liner were loose. Poor lighting.
Location: Nice location, shopping and restaurants.
It was a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. Had trouble sleeping due to air conditioning noise. Great shopping and excellent restaurants. Not too far from downtown.

Ok but nothing slecial

The hotel staff was ok, but the carpets looked like they had not been vac'd in weeks. The phone in our room didn't work. When I called the desk from my cell to let them k ow they were like 'ok' and did nothing. The sheets were like sand paper and the beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was good. Not a 'bad' hotel but not my favorite stay either.

Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Breakfast was horrendous. As a diabetic I was limited to see-thru bacon and fast food prepared eggs. Room furniture was very stiff and uncomfortable.
Very average hotel like any fast food chain I felt like I was in a fast food hotel.

Difficult to find without GPS

Except for the out-of-the-way location and the hard mattresses we slept on, I have no other complaints. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, nice continental breakfast and breakfast room.

Nice hotel close to Nashville, Tennessee

Pros: It was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good too.
Cons: My son and I each had a key for the room but for some reason they were cancelling each other out so we needed to go to the front desk several times.
Location: It is near Nashville and there are a lot of things to do in Nashville. There seemed to be a lot of stores and restaurants nearby the hotel too.
I was looking for a hotel about a month before the solar eclipse and some hotels were already sold out and many were very high priced. The reviews for this hotel were really good and the price was reasonable for the ratings it had so I went with it and was very satisfied. It is a very nice, comfortable and clean hotel.

Modern decor disappointing; functional impersonal

Hotel seems cold and impersonal. The trend in modern decor is strictly functional, business, not inviting or relaxing after having driven 4.5 hours to get there, it was disappointing. Had no desire to hang around the hotel, located in a "hole" behind a shopping center, way over priced for what I got.

Just OK

It was ok. The staff was very polite and professional. The rooms were clean but very small with strange odor. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. I wish there would be fruit salad, plain yogurt or waffles. For 1 night stay it was sufficient for our needs.
