Fair hotel but close to Cracker Barrel

Fair hotel: nice area but everything was small, only one elevator with four floors. Small elevator but it was safe place. Use your security room card to get in the sides and back entry ways. Area seem safe with nice Cracker Barrel right next door. Room were small but it seems like older hotel. Friday-Sunday hotel prices double in price but are a lot cheaper Monday-Thursday.

This place is a tear down!

This is the shabbiest place I have stayed in years! Dirty lobby and elevator, dirty walls in the hallway, room door and rooms. Extremely dated. Sorry for the nice staff to have to work in this dingy place.

Over priced and unsanitary

This hotel was very unsanitary and overpriced due to events in the area. The condition of this hotel is that of a motor in that is 40-50 yrs old.

We stayed 4 days and one day, our room was not cleaned. When we questioned why, the assistant manager got angry with us.Breakfast was not very good. They ran out of fruit & no one was there to oversee if any of the guests needed anything.

Convenient but noisy

Convenient location. Reasonable price for last minute reservation during a peak week. Room had a funky smell. Bathroom was very old and worn. Not too clean. Lots of road noise from the interstate. Can walk next door to Cracker Barrel restaurant. Helpful front desk staff. Would not chose this hotel again.

Two night sojourn.

Check in went well. Room floor had not been vacuumed in awhile. Sheets and towels were clean. Maid failed to replenish the tissue dispenser even after a note was left requesting a refill. Lobby staff were pleasant and helpful.

The girls at the front desk were very sweet, but the room itself felt very dirty and old. The carpets looked dirty. There were no open outlets to plug anything in. The TV would lose signal anytime the floor shook or someone would walk in front of it. The door sealant was broken off so you could see the light from the hallway all night. For the most part it was a major disappointment.

Decent price and it was available when we needed!

Beds and bath clean! Carpet especially edges was very dirty. Older hotel but ok. Staff was around but indifferent. Let us have 3 children and two adults! A lot won't
