We apologize for the noise from our HRV system, which is an automatic ventilation system that keep pumping in fresh, warm and dry air into the room to improve the air quality and prevent condensations for your stay. The fan adjusts speed automatically according to room temperature and will move into quiet mode in the night. It is a busy time of the year, seems there is only our accessible rooms available at the time of your reservation. They are carefully designed with easy access on the ground floor, more spacious room and bathroom area, as well as reserved parking spot right in front of the room. What's more is it is facing towards the mountain and glacier, fibulas views in good weather.For future reservations, we would highly recommend to contact us directly for any inquiry, we will ensure you always get the best deal even during the peak season.We apologize again for the inconvenience experienced. We believe you were on a very tight schedule, so you have a later arrival time and have to leave very early in the morning. Hi Frank,Yes, I agree, on the night you stayed we only had three of channels successfully working. A few days before you stay we had a power surge that took several of our freeview decoders (and surge protector) out. The day after your stay I had 6 channels working again with more on their way shortly. - I should have put a sign in reception letting people know the reason and offering our DVD's as an alternative.Thanks for staying I hope you enjoyed exploring Franz.
