It was a good experience. The only issue I had was the bed was too high for me to get into easily. I am 5 feet tall and it was a struggle to get into the bed. My elderly brother had a little issue as well. It would be nice to have a freezer in the fridge in the room. The staff was great as was the breakfast.

The interior of the property was good. The bathrooms need more towel racks since you only do housekeeping every 2 days. The sinks are too high for short individuals or children. The staff was great, friendly and helpful.
The hallway noise was loud. Need a way for the doors to close softly. Also, voices carried through the walls of the rooms next door.
