Great location

Pros: Location great mattrerss
Cons: breakfast
Location: mall and many historic location to visit
The only thing I would suggest is that they improve on there breakfast. It was cold and the staff that was there did not seem to care .

Pros: The beds
Cons: rooms need a serious makeover, very old and dingy looking and there were crawlers on the walls.
Not a very bright and welcoming property. Location is very convenient. Rooms need serious makeovers, very dingy and when there is a party going on - we had to walk through the party to get to our room. Even my 14 yr old pointed out how uncomfortable that was.

Run down almost seedy. No extra amenities like pay per view. Very disappointing

Terrible!!!

Hair in shower, refrigerator was dirty, my door was left cracked/open by staff, air conditioning wasn’t working properly, there were dogs at the hotel stinking up the hallways, front desk staff was rude I wasn’t told what the final cost of my room would be she just swiped my card and the icing on the cake was the worst inappropriate experience EVER, myself and 5 other friends who had their own rooms were asked if we had a room at the hotel in front of 25 other people sitting down eating, I was mortified and angry and replied yes we all have separate rooms so you think we just walked in the hotel to eat??? She replied I ask everyone BUT we sat down and watched her she didn’t ask anyone else BUT US!!!! We were black and everyone else was white and that is unacceptable behavior!!!!!! This hotel is disgusting and so is the staff!!!!

The hotel need updating of the rooms they are ok not great for the price you will expect better up keep

Would stay again.

Great place to stay. Delicious breakfast and great location with access to the interstates. My wife and I are both smokers and they had smoking area right outside the entrances. Very little inconvenience. Used the indoor pool once and also very nice. Also located directly behind the FSK mall, a convenience store and a Target.

Perhaps better for a convention

We were on a house hunting trip. The hotel is on the outer edges of a large malll and contained a convention center. Staff was friendly, but the location seemed a bit removed and relative empty for lack of a big event.
