"Everything worked exactly as it is supposed to work. I have stayed in many hotel rooms where some little things are wrong. Nothing important enough to complain about. But nothing was wrong here. And the room was much larger than others "
"Great service at breakfast which was very good. Friendly and helpful people. The gym could use a clean-up but overall it was great. Will stay there again!"

" We spent three nights recently at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Ctr. Location was very convenient to visiting relatives in Potomac and to BWI.
Check-in was flawless. Our request not to be located near elevators, stairwells, or ice machines was easily met. Our bell captain was most excellent in helping us move luggage to the room and acquainting us with the room and the hotel, and later the business center. Internet connectivity worked without problems.Housekeeping was very responsive to two requests.
The only downside was some noise in Room 656. When cycling, the in-room heating/ cooling unit was so loud as to interfere with tv listening. Inconsiderate guests two rooms away,(attendees of a conference in the center,) decided reconvene, not in their rooms, but in the hall outside our room loudly late night.
A Safeway is located across a side street for snacks and drinks. Small refrigerator in the room.
We would stay there again, but first check to determine if a large conference was in play during our stay."
