The staff is excellent room was comfortable and in great condition. The only negative during my stay I was informed at check in the Bar/ Restaurant was closed for the day. I booked a higher end hotel for the amenity's .

our experience overall was ok. We liked the bigger Junior King room. Staff were very pleasant but not very helpful. We never got an extra blanket we asked for. Room was clean except for a sticky cup stain on the tv counter and a stain on the carpet near the couch. The biggest bummer was the breakfast. It fas ok, not much different from mid range hotels. Normally it’s included. But we were charged $4 on the app. Which is fine but unnecessary: just include it in the price. We also were offered an omelet for $15, which we declined and only used what was at the bar. However at the end we were presented with a $30 bill to sign and the assurance that we won’t be charged. We found it odd. My husband travels a lot for work. He never heard of such thing.

Hotel was clean, free of smells, convenient and well-staffed. Everything worked and the staff was efficient and courteous. Because we reserved with Expedia, we had the option of buying breakfast for $5 for the two of us. When we got to the hotel, we found price of breakfast on the premises was $15 per person! Was a very good breakfast!

We were very pleased with this lovely hotel. It was quiet and clean and beautifully decorated. We thought it was great, especially for the price! Also lots of restaurants right across the street. We’ll be back!

Very clean and comfortable. Check in was great and the clerk was friendly and accommodating. She advised breakfast started at 7. I was quite surprised when I was stopped by a very stern employee who advised me breakfast was $15.00 unless I was on the list. It’s ok but the 1st time that has ever happened!! I’ll make sure next time I ask if I’m on the list!!!

Property a bit dated, still had valentines decorations up on the 9th of march. Water pressure sucks, shower was a dribble. Bathroom fan sounded like a jet taking off. Front staff at checkin was rude. Probably would look for a different place to stay if I was in town again.

Place was clean and comfortable. How every check-in experience was not great. They gave keys to the room that somebody checked out and wasn’t cleaned. When I called reception, they asked me to go down and get keys to new room. No sincere apology given. If I was the manager here, I would have asked the staff to come up and give me keys to the new room with a sincere apology. That’s what I call customer service.

My only negative comment is the super bright green light on the smoke detector that blinks so bright in the dark that you can see it through you eye lids! Lol! Great facility! Comfortable stay! I will be back again!
