This hotel is clean and walking distance to U of Mary Washington. The breakfast was good. It wasn't crowded, though I was there mid week in summer and there were no teams on site. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff. Particularly appreciated that arriving over 2 hours early I was checked in as my room was already available. Allowing me to attend a business meeting on time without worrying about baggage.
The rooms had kitchen but no utinsels or even basic coffee cups.
The property is clean quite and low price but not close to town. Although some gass station is on another side of the road.
