Super clean and quite. Breakfast offered many options. The bed was perfect and the water pressure waa strong in the shower.

Was given a handicapped room w roll in shower. Not requested. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Toilet so close to counter that I kept hitting my elbow. Bath looked like cheap remodeling done. Hotel looks old with cheap paint job to look more modern. Definitely over priced and obviously gouging since every other hotel was sold out. Will never use again. Little sleep as s highway noise kept me up all night.

Good location away from noise. Rooms are slightly outdated, shower curtains are old and need to be replace more frequently. Smell of Clorox was strong in the bathroom.

It was a big room with sofa and desk. Bed and pillows comfy. Clean, easy access to 3rd floor with elevator. Shower always had hot water. Some noise from other rooms and outside but didn't bother us. Heavy curtains but didn't close so sun in the morning. Breakfast was great, hot eggs, potatoes, meat, waffle, cereals, bread, yghurt, fruit, oatmeal, etc. Everyone was friendly and easy check-in and check-out. We will stay here again.

Nice stay just off the heavy traffic areas!
Good place to stay off the heavy traffic areas. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was standard but area was very clean with plenty of food available.

The room had damaged flooring in the bathroom, completely broken pieces of flooring that raised up and shifted if you happen to step on them, which was hard not to do in such a small area. It was also very noisy, Alot of road noise all night long and the next morning. Another loud nuisance was the sound of the plumbing... anytime someone in a surrounding rooms would flush or shower, the water noise was extremely loud. Seemed like the walls and ceilings were very thin. Will never stay here again.

This was such a pleasant place to stay! We try out different places in Fredericksburg that are budget-friendly because we visit family fairly often. This place was squeaky clean and perfectly met our needs. The staff was friendly and our room was a nice size. The bed was really comfy too!

Desk person AM somewhat rude, asleep at desk at 9:30. Not knowledgeable on hotel. Ice machine was out. Toilets were very short, hard to use for older people. Pet rules should be stated in info online, not say pet friendly then have very strict rules. More. Not enough room to fully explain.

Arrived midafternoon and was greeted by the front desk clerk who was helpful and prompt in transferring us to a room on the 3rd floor. Alas, the entry way light was flickering. We let them know and we were assured that it would be fixed by the next day. It never was. Nor was the drape that had been pulled down partway and hanging giving a very unsightly appearance to the room. Otherwise, it was clean, and the beds were comfy. There were several lamps in the room, but they didn't provide much light.

Jacuzzi and Wi-Fi was not working. Our air conditioning was not working when we arrived but they fixed it. The room itself felt very humid. The carpeting was even damp and the room had a moldy scent to it. The location was convenient.

Bed bugs in room
Arrived & found a pump up sprayer in the room with the temperature very warm. Put the sprayer in the hall. The next morning while reading in bed saw a bed bug crawling on the covers. Pulled the covers back & found a dead one with blood on the sheet. Reported to manager who promptly refunded the room.
