To start, a nickel-size spider skittered across the floor in the lobby during checkin and the man checking in people announced guests room numbers. the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was not working. Not a great start but we were exhausted. The floor in our room was visibly dirty. After 30 mins in the room our feet were filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. The walls had visible dirt, the toilet paper holder was rusted out. I dont even know how a wall above a shower gets dirty! Like how? Gross. The ONLY good thing I can say is the beds appeared to be clean. Finally, we paid $1100tostay here due to “eclipse” pricing despite the day of arrival there were rooms available at a rack rate of $200-300. It was grubby. At any price point one should be able to have a clean room.

This is a basic hotel. Met my needs as I needed a place to spend the night with three little kids. Free breakfast had cereal, milk, oranges, coffee, waffles. Nothing extravagant; but good. I suggest to them to have filtered water at breakfast as they only had milk.

We were given a room that was supposed to be non smoking. It was a smoking room and smelked terrible not to mention the cigarette holes in the blankets and bed spread. When i went to the office and told the girl it was a smoking room ans we wanted a non smoking. She insisted it was a non smoking room and told me she could give us a non smoking room but it would be upstairs. We didnt want to have to move all our stuff upstairs ( we are 77 yrs old) and she gave us a can of room spray! So i sprayed everything in the room and the pillows and everything as smoke was penetrated into everything. The room was dirty, smudges on the walls, dirt piled in the corners. This am when we checked out i noticed that the non smoking room next to ours was exactly the same and was empty all night! I always liked Days Inn and always found things satisfactory, but this place is a pig pen! I believe the smoking room was pushed on us because we got a cheaper rate for booking online. This place will certainly be bad publicity for your brand, for sure . Sh from NM

There was long black dog hair on one of the wash clothes. The floor was gritty. The bed spreads had seen way better days. The heater did keep the room warm but it was cycling on and off ever few minutes. For breakfast the waffle maker had not even been turned on to be ready for guest. I had to ask for milk for cereal. There was no water or juice to drink. The girl who was supposed to be taking care of everything was in the lobby listening to her phone.

The Continental Breakfast had the usual waffle machine, coffee that was not hot. No juice but did have fresh oranges and bananas. Would not stay there again.

It took clerk 3 attempts to find us a clean room. Bathrooms were filthy with dirt, hair and mold. Floors were so dirty, I had to wash my feet after I showered and walked to bed, because the soles of my feet were covered in dirt. The clerk was so mortified at the conditions and did his best to accommodate, altho we still received a room full of mold and dirt, but cleaner than the first two rooms he assigned. He also carried my suitcase up the stairs for me; that was very nice. I would not recommend this place.

This place definitely needs some upgrading, floors in room falling apart, shower handle wouldn't stay in place & room had a real musty smell. When I checked in I wasn't direct which way my room was at & he didn't mention anything about breakfast either.

Refused the room and went elsewhere.
The room was smelly and dingy. We refused to stay there. The owner charged us anyway with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. We found a room down the street that was suitable. We are currently working with Wyndham to secure a refund. A person should not have to accept garbage on a sight unseen basis. A policy like that leaves zero incentive to offer a competitive product to the customer. This might work in the Middle East, but not in a free market society.

The hotel is very dated & appearance isn’t as clean as I prefer. I didn’t want to walk in the floors. Bathroom wall trim was very scratched up. Painting was sloppy. Glad I inly stayed one night. The check in was very slow even though there was only one person in front of me & was hot in lobby.
