I liked the motel and the staff, however the room we stayed in could have been a little cleaner. The carpet was stained but not dirty, the bedding needed to be washed. When I pulled back the covers you could clearly see dirt and a couple of stains. I slept on the top on the blankets as I was to tired to go to the office, when I got to the room it was already after midnight and I had to be up at 6. I would stay here again, I would just double check the bedding before hand.

I enjoyed my stay at the econo lounge but a few things would’ve made my stay better, such as having items in the room ready without needing to ask. We had to ask for towels as we had none & didn’t have a blow dryer either, just an empty blow dryer bag. Anytime we called the front desk there was no answer so we had to walk up front for needed items. I know the towels were clean cause they were freshly warm but some had black makeup looking stains on them. Staff was very friendly though!

This was not our first choice in a hotel. The one we chose overbooked so we were placed in econo lodge with the help of expedia. The check in process was good, the man was very nice and helpful. He mentioned the breakfast and movie nights they have. However, when we got to the room, I was overpowered with whatever scent they use. We left the door open for a few minutes to help air it out. The room was okay, just not clean. There was a bag of bisquits and open water bottle in the fridge, an open bag of cheetos in the drawer, and some grocery bags as well. The microwave had red sauce all over it. The towels had gnats on them. The tv remote did not work and there was no iron. It could have been a good stay if it was cleaned better. However, it threw me off and it kinda ruin the rest of my stay.

Customer service was terrible, toilets would back up and the front desk would deny issues. Husband had to get a plunger and fix toilet himself. Had to use the plunger repeatedly.

Well upon check in they didn’t have our reservation so we had to pay more for a different room. Then I called Expedia and they called the motel abs miraculously they found it so we got a refund. Then the lobby just stunk of cigarettes to which to manger said that it’s an open public area so he can’t help it if people smell like cigarettes when they walk in which is total crap.

Front door had huge gaps and you could hear everything from outside. Restroom floor was dirty and it had ants. Bedding was ok. Tv control didn’t work.
