Great location needs repair

Parking lot was terrible muddy and dirty,the room had chipping paint loud heater and you couldn’t control it way too hot the breakfast was good, over priced for the condition of the hotel.

great location in downtown Fredericton

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The spa amenities left beside the bed to help sleep was a nice touch.
Cons: The bathtub was old and stained. They could use an "adult only" hour for the pool, like an hour before closing. Hallway outside my room was very dark.
Location: Walkable to downtown cafes, restaurants, shops, historical district, art gallery, playhouse, etc.
Generally nice place, friendly staff, and great location. Since I booked on Expedia, I was not given the room that I booked (single King or Queen), but only what was left over. Expedia customers seem to get less priority, although I believe the price was the same as on the hotel website. As a single traveler I don't like staying in rooms with two beds. When I saw the room and asked the front desk about this, the response was basically: "sorry, but you booked with Expedia." I mentioned this in the rating email which Expedia sent to me, and received a reply from Expedia saying that the hotel was going to do something about it, but I was not contacted any further by the hotel on the matter. Since I am assuming Expedia is driving a lot of business to this hotel and other hotels in this chain, possibly a re-think of this policy is in order?

My son and I were in town for a hockey tournament and I chose this hotel because it was close to the arena. I had stayed here many times in my life. This is an older hotel in downtown Fredericton that has been remodelled. I was displeased by getting a parking charge of $11.50. Expedia did not show this on their site, I was not told this at check in and I had never paid for parking there in the past. I likely won't return to this location.

Spacious rooms!

Hotel is a bit outdated but highly recommend because of the spacious rooms, swim pool, hot pool, steam room, and location. We booked 3 rooms and all on same floor. A bit far from one another but gave kids some distance to run around. Across is the Playhouse. Too bad, we miss the show. Staff are welcoming.

Hotel was great. My booking through Expedia was a disaster. Luckily there were rooms left to book as Expedia did not book the hotel despite emails confirming my reservation.

Great room, great location

Excellent location right across the street from the Fredericton Playhouse. Room was newly renovated and beautiful. Walk in shower was especially nice and hot water was almost instantaneous.
