Nice Hotel

I have stayed in this hotel many times when taking my daughter to and from university. Staff are friendly accommodating and very nice. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Breakfast is good for a serve yourself buffet.

Very clean hotel. Quiet. Comfortable bed

Very good hotel. I looked for "CONS" and i didn't find any. Except one of the staff who i tried to talk to about the table my wife and myself were sitting on during breakfast but i was ignored by her which was very rude.

Great stay even with a very late arrival

Arrived very late, front desk staff were very friendly and accomdating. Even upgraded us to thw suite for free and gave us two cold beera to enjoy. Room was spotless and new. Only complaint was that the breakfast in the morning was essentially non existant as the amount of people trying to eat far exceeded the capacity of staff and the kitchen. The hotel was full so this can be excused but its diasapointing when the free breakfast is an advertised feature. Minor issue but one that shpuld be corrected if possible.

I'm so glad you had a great experience with us! We have a new tool we are working on that will hopefully better communicate what time of day the flow of breakfast tends to be busier and when it tends to be lower-traffic. This was a good stop over between Montreal and Nova Scotia. The hotel is next to a park with trails to walk, which was a good place to take the kids after a long drive. Quick drive to restaurants, clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Breakfast was great, but the paper plates and plastic cutlery were disappointing.

I am so happy that you got to experience the beautiful Odell Park trails right next door! Part of 88Km of trails throughout our pretty little city, it's one of my favourite things about Fredericton! Our brand standards regarding breakfastware require that we offer paper plates and cutlery to ensure the most hygienic options for our guests, but we can certainly review if silverware and china options might be feasible with the space we have available. We appreciate your feedback! We hope the rest of your time in the Maritimes has been stellar!

Room to tiny for the two beds rooms and continental breakfast not very good.

We apologize that your stay was not up to our usual 5 star standards. For your future reference, we do have 1-bedroom king suites which offer more space (a private bedroom with 1 king bed, and a seperate living area with a fold out queen size sofa bed), and we have allergy-friendly guestrooms with 2 queen beds which are also larger than the average guestroom with 2 queen beds. We would love to welcome you back to give you a better experience!

Very clean and newly renovated hotel with great service...including a couple of cold brewskies courtesy of D.B Murphy-owner. Nice touch!

Cons: A second elevator would be nice.
Nice clean room. Wonderful staff! Front desk guy was great. Got help for a jammed ice machine from 3 room maids and the maintenance man. All cheerful and friendly.
