Vacation home in Fredonia

Away from all the hustle and bustle, we are a cozy home on a quiet street, in a small town just South of Kanab, Utah. Brand new mattresses, sheets, towels, couches...everything! Come stay with us and use us as your base camp while you explore Northern Arizona and Southern Utah.
Do you pull a camper, boat, or an ATV trailer? We can accommodate all your parking needs with AMPLE space to park on either the north or south side of the house.
Our amazing Property Manager, Trish, will be your point of contact for this home.

Accurate and Easy!

Great location - easy access - everything you need and a bargain of a price. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone coming through the area.

Really Nice House

A great place , supper clean , all that one needs ie washer dryer , close to good restaurants in Kanab and of course nice mid way point between Grand Canyon N Rim, Zion and Bruce ,, Good value for your money.

Plenty of space to lay your gear out for your adventures. Tub/Shower valve needs attention. We enjoyed ourselves at this property.

Nice stay

We used our time here for an overnight stop on our road trip across the South West and this worked very well for us. Tranquil, clean, well equipped and conveniently located. We were surprised to find an excellent vegetarian restaurant called Peekaboo in nearby Kanab.
