hotel charged too much

Pros: Ok- old, nothing to recommend.
Cons: Cleaner
Location: We were shopping in Freeport and it was convenient.
Hotel charged $103.55 about $20.00 more than Expedia quoted. When I questioned it the manager said there was nothing he could do. For the price we could have stayed at a nicer place- it was the middle of the week not the weekend. I will think twice before I use Service again.

Worst hotel stay

Pros: Location.
Cons: just do clean up and ordanize!!
The hotel rooms were not clean, disorganized! and umcomfortable.

very unpleasant stay

Pros: Only the location
Cons: Cleanliness is a must in every room and even outdoors. Train staff not to give excuses but produce results.
Location: Good Location
The room was filthy dirty, mold in the shower curtain, soiled bathtub, accumulated dirt on every corner of the bathroom, dirty towel from previous guest left hanging behind bathroom door, sheets and pillows smelled bad, and more. Continental breakfast was very limited, no bananas, only five apples on the basket, no yogurt, no scrambled eggs, a few bread pieces left.... and this was at Sunday morning around 9 am. Shameful !!

Very Disappointing

Pros: Location to outlet shops
Cons: Remove this employee.
Location: Outlets close by and easy access to the highway.
The morning male front desk person made it seem that people were who were there having breakfast were interrupting him from something he was watching on the computer which was more important to him. He was very short and abrupt when approached with something. Upon checking out he literally threw the my receipt to me. We had my wife's cousin from England with us and he could not believe that an employee who was working directly with the public could behave so rudely. We have stayed here before and had better experience.

You pay for what you get for

Unfriendly staff, very smelly room (humidity ans bathroom smell). Breakfast so so. Room was clean. We had a fridge and microwave. Small room.

Room was dirty, smoke detector didn't have a battery, shower curtain was disgusting and he staff was rude

Nice hotel but rude front desk clerk

Pros: The hotel is nice. The shower had plenty of hot water.The bed was comfortable. It was quiet - no outside noise or from other rooms.
Cons: Manners for all front desk people.
Location: The location is one of reasons why we chose this hotel. It is very close to the outlet stores and restaurants which was the purpose of our trip.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel from July 7th through July 11th. Upon registration we asked a very pleasant front desk clerk if we could extend our stay by one day at the same rate. He checked and said yes but we will need to sign for the extra day on the 10th (our original departure date). On the 10th, we went to the front desk and explained to the clerk on duty that we were told to come here to sign for the extra day. Well, instead of saying ok let me check on this for you, he became belligerent. He asked who we spoke to. I said I didn't know. When he asked again, I said how would I know the name, he smirked and pointed to his name tag. He proceeded for several minutes to rudely explain why our request is not that easy to process. Finally, he checked the computer and it was noted that we were extending our stay. I don't know why he was combative and felt the need to explain the difficulties associated with our request.

Fine for the price

Pros: They take dogs and are clean and fairly priced.
Cons: Mini fridge. Better beds. Breakfast available a little longer.
Location: Located just off the highway so easy to locate and close driving distance to all the outlets of downtown Freeport.
Small but clean room. Beds were quite uncomfortable. TV and channel choices were good but would really appreciate a mini fridge. Breakfast was adequate but closed by nine o'clock which is too early for many travelers.
