All Inclusive in Name Only.

Pros: The only good part was the hard working female entertainment staff. Evening entertainment was very good except Sunday.
Cons: EVERYTHING but the female entertainment staff. Food,alcohol, service, cleanliness,decor,lack of swim up bar, room towels and guest service.
Location: Island was beautiful. Water was unbelievably clear,like a pool. Not a lot to do & expensive cab fare for an area needing tourists money. Airport great
Extremely disappointed in almost every aspect of this NOT All Inclusive. Site description states free bottled water. We received exactly ONE bottle of water for 1 week for 2 people's needs. When we asked for more, we were told "Go buy more". My spouse is not allowed to drink and simply wanted a cold drink of bottled water for the beach. On numerous occasions they "ran out" of beer, drink mixers and tonic water. The staff was hiding on many occasions to avoid work. The trash was not removed from receptacles in a timely manner. Overflowing ashtrays were everywhere. Common areas were not clean. In the bathroom by the pool for girls there was not a toilet roll dispenser in the stall. Bartenders were more interested in flirting with other staff than waiting on customers. There was a 'show&tell' for travel agents, who got personalized wait service from the staff for anything they wanted. The customers NEVER saw a wait staff person on the beach or by the pool. The hotel was less than 50% occupied, however you could not make reservations to any more than 1/2 of your nights booked to a "speciality" restaurant. Never before have I seen such limited alcoholic beverage choices at a destination "All Inclusive". The drinks were run of the mill "dive" bar style. There was not one "girlie" drink available. The decor was less than minimal, not a tropical island theme anywhere. The food was cafeteria variety, with minimal flavor and variety. They allowed the containers to empty.

Good hotel on the beach.

Pros: Beach, water sports and scuba diving.
Cons: Scuba diving equiment.
Location: Look it up in a travel book or when you get to the hotel.
Overall it was a good location and hotel and lots to do. It also had good entertainment. I recomended it. And, it is close to the U.S.A. Also, nobody goes hungry, plenty of food.

The stay overall was decent, little thinks that we're the issue. A so called "private beach" however people are posted up trying to get you to buy their stuff. The hotel security doesn't do anything about it. So you're being bothered by these people from time to time.

Mini Getaway

Pros: The animation team.
Cons: More attention from the bar tenders.
Location: Freeport, Grand Bahama. Water Sports, bike rides, deep sea fishing, scuba diving.
We enjoyed the experience, the hotel was nice, the animation team was the best we've ever seen. They are very professional and awesome.

Hotel close to beach

Pros: Close to beach
Cons: Rooms need to be updated
Location: Location was isolated, really nothing to do at the hotel
Hotel rooms where very dated. At check in they tried to put us in a garden view room, when we paid for an ocean view room. Wasted several hours getting the correct room. Drink selection was very limited, only two types of local beer. Music around the pool was always way to loud.

Holiday Retreat with the family

Pros: Convenient, well managed, entertaining. Desk staff is very pleasant and super accommodating.
Cons: Break from the music at the pool. Non Stop and loud at times. Late afternoon would be fine but not all day.
Location: Easy access to taxi, but nothing too close that is not on premise.
All was well, Rooms and services as expected. Very friendly and accommodating. The only request I would have is to turn the music down at the pool. Non-stop and quite loud at times. Maybe time it so there is a break at some point. Had to move quite a ways down the beach to avoid the music. AM to PM not necessary. All other amenities were acceptable.

Bad surprise and disappointed

Pros: The three restaurants have been great, good food, very great servers and staff. Staff generally very friendly and tried to help with our issues
Cons: Rooms we stayed in need to be redone, all three of them we been changed to., they been in bad condition
Location: not much near by, need taxi to go to town
The hotel rooms we stayed in all need to be redone and upgraded. Very dated and in poor condition, we needed to change rooms three times. Room one, air conditioning did not work, lot of mold, plumbing very corroded, room was good size. Room two air conditioner worked, but cabinet drawers fell apart cabinets in bad shape, lots of mold and lot of corrosion on plumbing. Room three in a little better condition, but smaller and very small bath room, TV not great, view from deck out back to fence, not a great view. The room was an upgrade from the previous rooms, I would not pay more for this room. I don't know what the members rooms looked like, I hope they are in better shape. Our third room had also mold in shower area, door panels separated and it took at least five minutes until the warm water came out of the faucet or shower.. Air conditioner very laud but worked well. paint pealed of the wall in some areas. Beach area decent, but when you go into the water you need water shoes, there are a lot of rocks and it is hard to walk into the water until you can float, If you snorkel it is good since the larger rocks attract a lot of fish. The buffet food was OK and the three restaurants are very good and the food was great, not a large selection but great and the servers have been great. The diving and snorkel center staff and instructors have been great and very helpful. They staff at the most parts have been very good and helpful and are not to at fault about our disappointment.

I go for the large beach and the dive shop

Pros: Ocean views
Cons: The food, its too plain and simple in taste. It would be nice to add more local flavors to the international dishes offered.
Location: Very large beach, there is nice snorkling right off the beach.
I always have a good time here, they just need to improve the food, lol
