Great for people wanting the beach and the pool !Posted Jul 12, 2017
Pros: Staff very helpful - working well, considering the means available to them.
Cons: Cleaning of rooms, preferably in the morning. My room was not 'refreshed' until 4.30 on Sunday (9th July) - cleaners said they worked until 5.30pm!
Location: Excellent location - I've lived in Frejus since before the Port.
Disappointing! Facilities in room & bathroom need up grading. Coffee/Tea limited to 2 people, no extra coffee available. Bathroom should offer better products than 'Body wash/Shampoo/Conditioner' all in one product. One bottle of water only on arrival - used bottles could be replaced. Unfortunately standard of hotel has declined since my last visit.

Thank you for your comments that we will share with all the staff. For a next stay, you have to know that you can ask the reception desk if you need more coffee or tea. Concerning the body products we have to respect the mercure reference and that's why we change. We hope to welcome you soon.

Pros: Very relaxed atmosphere
Cons: I would like a 'Sauna' but the 'Steam room -Hammam' was excellent.
Location: I have lived in Frejus before the Port was built, so can only describe it as excellent !
I regard this Hotel as excellent value for money!

Pros: Disabled friendly and location by beach
Cons: New furnishings throughout, nicer terrace and restaurant and more staff.
Location: One trip around the harbour is enough as restaurants are overpriced and mediocre bar the beef on the quay restaurant - good food and excellent service
We chose it as my mum is disabled and it is very wheelchair friendly. The location is great but the decor needs updating as is tired and sad. Staff are friendly but they are short staffed and they work hard. The terrace by the restaurant could be lovely, as could the restaurant , but they are like dead zones, no staff and no character.

Perfect setting and location with great beach. Only problem being all males cannot gain entry to hotel pool unless wearing tight Lycra bathers which our group had to go out and purchase and very uncomfortable for 68 year olds! Also no footwear can be worn and no food or drink poolside! Security guard on patrol! No warning of this on website. Seems ironic that pets allowed in hotel and on one occasion a dog had messed on the carpet in the hall outside our room!!

The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant was of a good standard. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Stayed three nights. Room not ready on arrival. Several people waiting. We had a harbour view which was lovely. Room was comfortable and clean. Perhaps new towels would be an idea as a little on the thin side!! Nice pool but a little overcrowded and hard to get sunbeds. However just through the coded gate we were on the lovely beach. Great little beach restaurant/bar right on doorstep. Only ate breakfast in hotel. Adequate buffet and efficient staff. Very pleasant to walk around the port area.

The hotel is well located for the marina and restaurants. Important to ask where to park as very limited at/outside the hotel. My biggest issue is the fact that on check in, as with most hotels, they put a block on your credit card (100 Euros). The receptionist confirmed at check in that my card would be unblocked at check out. This did not happen and after 3 e mails to the hotel (not even the courtesy of a reply) over a week after I checked out my card was still blocked. Totally unacceptable base case and not to even get a reply to my e mails says a lot about their customer service

Beautiful hotel, private swimming pool and beach. Very walkable area with many restaurants and shopping. Meals are quite expensive in this hotel restaurant.

Stayed here for five nights on a family holiday in the south of france. The hotel was fantastic and we will be going back again next year. The hotel is situated in a great marina location and theres lots to do in the area. Its also thirty minutes from st tropez and about fourty minutes from cannes so a really good place to base yourself if you want to explore the area. the staff were really friendly and spoke great english. Only downside and very minor was that breakfast was a little pricey at 18 euro per head for a continental spread but we found a great little place around the corner that did omlettes to set us up for the day.

Very good hotel with lots of good facilities. All the staff were excellent and responded very quickly to requests.
