We only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant.Posted Aug 31, 2017
Location: Just about everything in Fremont is on the same main strip as this location. It's a short drive to the college or downtown area.
We only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in was easy. It was a decent room and met our needs for a quick stay. It'd be a place I'd stay again.

Virtually new condition, clean and comfortable.Posted Aug 23, 2017
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: My review says it all. Needs new staff with Hospitality Experience.
Location: Location is good. Things to do nearby include EAT BREAKFAST ELSEWHERE.
The hotel as a whole is in excellent condition for a Super 8, as it has been recently renovated and renewed. However (there's always an "However"), of the 4 lamps in my room, 3 had missing or broken light bulbs, the key cards become unusable after midnight before the morning checkout, and you get locked out of your room when making trips to load your car, no bags of coffee for the coffee maker and you cannot change the channel on the TV because the satellite box is stuffed behind the TV and cannot be set out on the counter below the TV. And the "SuperStart® Breakfast that includes hot waffles, our Simply Super Cinnamon Roll® (US only), fruit, hot coffee and more" is minimalist at best. the Waffle batter dispenser was broken, so forget hot waffles, no "Simply Super Cinnamon Rolls that I could find, fruit consisted of a bowl of apples, two types of cereals (Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes) but no milk, and the biscuits and gravy were served with cold gravy...not even room temperature. It was the most pathetic attempt at "Free Breakfast" that I have ever experienced on the road. I'll not be staying in a Super 8 ever again. I'll sleep in my car at a rest area if the only hotel in the area is a Super 8.

What the heck??????Posted Jun 13, 2017 on Hotels
In addition to the "free night" I was charged for this stay, the motel also charged me $96.27 to my card. Soda machine was broken, the phone in my parents' room had been pulled out of the wall. Interesting business model.

We got checked in quickly got to the room. Went into the bathroom and the little tray that is supposed to have new wrapped bars of soap help and obviously used bar of soap and the tray was dirty. I noticed behind the door that enters into the room the handle if the door had created a huge hole that had been there for quite a while and plaster in the carpet. I needed to put some times in the fridge and discovered a package of celery that was mushy . Clearly nobody had checked the fridge to make sure there wasn't anything it in when the room was cleaned. We also found a bag of another guest's dirty clothes in the room. Gross..the clerk did replace the soap and tray right away. The sheets and floor appeared cleaned. I would not stay here again. It wasn't the cheapest place in Fremont and clearly not the most expensive but I will pay a few dollars more next time for a different hotel in town. The beds are very very firm for good or bad.
