Pros: ALl of it
Cons: If you had a early check in
Location: All kinds of fun things to do here
My mom and I had a nice stay. Place was clean and room was great! Nice and big, breakfast was also good!!

Nice hotel close to casino

A great place for a low budget getaway. Staff very polite and efficient room was spacious clean and comfortable I can't think of anything more we would have needed

Not very nice

When i arrived the desk clerk ignored me fir 5 mins. When she did turn to help me there was no greeting just" are you checking in?" Then she walked away and someone else came out to help. That nin greeting alone aggravated me when i drove 6 hrs. The bed was so uncomfortable. And we had three people to our party. The sofa bad was NOR made, no sheets im room no extra pillows for that bed, etc. we had to go down to front desk and ask for these items, then make our own bed. This was a reservation- we just didnt stop in, they knew three people would be in that room yet it wasnt made up for three people. The rug smelled and was stained. I was uncomfortable with my entire stay.

I apologize for the desk clerk, but thank you for letting me know. I think the welcome or lack of made your stay less comfortable. We don't put sheets on the sofa bed, because we want them fresh for our guest. I apologize for any inconvenience.

This is a good affordable hotel in French Lick. Close to the Casino, We had a pleasant stay.

the hotel was about a mile out of town

Pros: hotel was comfortable and quiet
Cons: nothing
Location: nothing much to do in French lick, unless you want to spend all day in the casino, stores not opened, very disappointing
if you like to gamble, French Lick is the place to go, otherwise there is not much to do, the only gift shop in town was not opened all the time, and the items they had looked like they were there for years. Wilsheim ranch wasn't opened everyday so if you want tickets you have to buy them on line. We never got to go, also the train ride wasn't very interesting either, it takes you through hoosier national forest, nothing to see but trees and some houses through them, at the end of the ride the train backs all the way back to the station as there is nowhere to turn around on the track, or continue on the track as there is no more track. We were disappointed with the town as we heard there was a lot to do, so we came home a day early. will not go back or refer anyone to French lick.

I am sorry you didn't find things to do. Did you try the lake? They have boat rides. There is the Go Karting, miniature golf, laser tag, buggy rides, resort tours, horse riding, golfing at Hagans....We are also starting dinner shows on Oct. 14th. This will be something you will want to check out!

Door by the pool would not open with a card, way too much chlorine but temp and clean were good. Would have liked if the air unit would have operated on fan only

Golf trip with the girls.

Enjoyed the local community market on the square and the German restaurant. Golf at Sultan's Run outstanding. We are planning a return trip.

One-third to half the cost of the two main hotels in French Lick/West Baden so able to use the extra money on fun things do for our 9 year old son. And, the breakfast saved us the cost of one meal for 4 days. Staff hard working and pleasant. Thank you. Ted M.
