Great Stay

Pros: Room, lounge, location.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Great location in the French Quarter. Many shops and restaurants within a block.
We had a suite with one king bed and a sofa bed. Very roomy and comfortable. The lounge was very nice. Location was ideal in the French Quarter. Very near lots of great restaurants.

Helpful, friendly staff. Good location, clean rooms. a big plus Starbucks in lobby

Great Staff!

Pros: Great location!
Cons: Everything was great!
Location: Located within the French Quarter. Access, within walking distance to everything!
Arrived and only inside rooms were available at check-in. Ms. Ebony allowed us to walk around the French Quarter and called me (~1 hour later) once an outside room with view was available. What great service!

I stayed at the Courtyard on Iberville in New Orleans. The staff was very nice . The room did not have a shower curtain and it didn’t have hot water running from the sink in the bathroom. I checked in on Friday and didn’t notice until returning to the hotel late night that there were problems. I called the desk and reported the problem and they sent housekeeping and maintenance to fix the problems. Both individuals apologized on behalf of the hotel and took care of the problem . Maintenance had to work over 45 minutes to get the problem fixed . The staff was great, however, I feel that the establishment should have offered a free breakfast or something for all of the trouble. Upon leaving my keys were lost and I only received the valet key. I called back and they sent the keys to me overnight however at this writing I have not received my keys. I can say that the property has some of the best staff members I have seen.

Spacious and well-equipped room, excellent staff

This hotel is well-located on the active western side of the French Quarter. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate living room area including a fold-out couch. The reception desk staff were excellent, and the men staffing the front door (managing check-ins, taxis, luggage storage and security) were especially friendly and helpful. There's a small snack bar in the lobby with coffee, a case of pastries, and drinks. The exercise room is quite small and there's no pool. Overall I thought it was excellent and would stay there again.
