Great Staff

Pros: Great location just 1/2 block from all of the congestion allowed for easy access to the parking garage after returning from dinner
Cons: some renovations were going on while we were there
Location: The hotel is located just a 1/2 block from all the action. Close enough to enjoy the fun but just far enough away to get some peace & quiet
All the staff were very friendly including the front desk, bellmen, and valet Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Excellent location, one block off Bourbon Street. Super friendl staff ... check in, check out, bell, hop! Bartender Paul makes an awesome beverage!

Great location to all of New Orleans must sees

This hotel is just 1 block from Bourbon Street. That being said, the outskirts of the hotel is not so clean. This hotel is under renovation so hopefully they will work on changing their old and dusty room furnitures. The upholstery on the furnitures and cabinets are so dirty and old with decade- old stains. Please get rid of them. All in all, our stay had been comfortable. Please have your housekeepers check on the hairdryer as part of their cleaning routine. It's disgusting when you find it so dusty and hairs of previous users. Change your room carpets too.

3rd stay at hotel.

Stayed here 30 yrs ago and was very nice. Had a balcony in room overlooked Toulouse St. stayed here again in April of 2008 with my husband & small children, stuck us in a 1st floor room, heard loud music playing till at least 3am. Room was located on the other side of parking garage. Stayed again with my husband September 2017, never will stay there again. Bar below bathroom window, noisy till 3 am. Also stuck us over by parking garage again. Room was dirty, husband noticed lots of dust & an old mixed drink glass on top of bureau.

Large room! Friendly staff

Pros: Friendly staff. Great breakfast at restaurant downstairs.
Room was plenty large to fit two queens and a rollaway.

Gorgeous

I just loved this quaint hotel. We only had an overnight, but the old world feel with modern amenities was perfect. The front desk girl could have been more friendly but the valet guy was over and above welcoming and helpful. The courtyard is beautiful and well kept.

Close to Bourbon and French quarter

Nice cozy old fashion hotel. It was close to everything. I just wished they have bigger and updated TVs , refrigerator and microwave in the room.

This hotel is right in the middle of French Quarter, a 2 minute walk from Bourbon Street. Loved my stay here and receptionist Frank was so kind and friendly!! Had a brilliant stay here :)
