Hotel Marie

Pros: The hotel was close to all the activities we wanted to experience.
Cons: n/a
Location: We took the Hop on Hop off bus. We when to the WWII, we did a grave tour, we toured the carnaval.
We had a great stay at the hotel. The only issue we had was my daughter had Champagne sent to the room and the front desk forgot to send the bottle to the room.

Very nice hotel and great location

Location is great, just far away from Bourbon street but close enough to all the entertainment. Hotel is lovely and furnished very well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were some renovations going on which made for some noise but nothing too loud.

Good location to celebrate Anniversary.

Pros: The location very good and staff very friendly.
Cons: Renovation completed.
Location: Within walking distance of Farmers' Market,Jackson Square St. Louis church and interesting shops and eating places,
Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in Vacherie's restaurant delicious.Hotel undergoing extensive renovations to half of building,workmen starting at 7am ,courteous but noisy. Better to visit Hotel when everything completed.. Will consider returning when everything normal again.

Nice hotel, close to all garden district.

Location: Garden District right there. Location is perfect for what we wanted to do.
Great stay. Was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.

Classic, No-frills French Quarter Hotel

Charming Hotel in the heart of the French Quarter! Very comfortable, pleasant stay. I would stay there again. It felt very vintage. I loved it!

Great hotel in a perfect French Quarter location.

I love Hotel St. Marie, have stayed here before and my second visit was just as good as the first. Location is great, just a short walk to everything in the quarter. I got a balcony room onto the street which was a pleasant surprise, too bad both buildings to the right and left of the hotel were renovating but oh well! The hotel was also doing some minor renovations like wallpapering and new beds, this was happening right outside my room at 9am and the guy was doing his best to be extra quiet. The hotel bar has a great happy hour too!

Nice hotel with New Orleans feel

This is such a cute New Orleans hotel and it is in a perfect location. It is only one block from Burboun Street but it wasn’t noisy at all. The look of the hotel makes you feel like you are in New Orleans. I was really glad I booked this hotel.

Excellent Location

The location in the French Quarter was great! Room was spacious, with French doors that opened onto courtyard balcony. New patio furniture installed day of my arrival. Room temperature set at 71 degrees Fahrenheit could not be reset, but comfortable. Ironing board was not in room, but available by calling front desk. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant is in hotel, but owned by someone else. But, restaurant allowed room charge. Just had to complete 2 or 3 brief formed.

Decent hotel that is not far from Bourbon St.

Overall, I would say our stay was just “ok.” There was nothing special about the customer service. They weren’t super welcoming and pretty “blah.” This is the best way to describe the gentleman who checked us in to our room. Also, there was so much construction going on at the hotel. They were doing construction right near our room and we were woken up at 7:30am every morning. When I spoke to the front desk staff, she looked at me with a blank stare and it wasn’t until I almost walked away that she finally offered a half hearted apology. It would have been nice to at least have a heads up during check-in. Overall I’m not sure I would stay here again. I rather stay somewhere with friendlier staff and zero construction.
