The room was clean... Other than that everything else felt sub par for the rates. Lots of hidden fees, constantly very noisy, the whole block around the hotel was filthy with lots of vagrants constantly asking for money ECT. Did not feel safe allowing my girlfriend outside alone

Property was fine and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Lack of any room service or extended hours for food or drink poor. Menu fairly limited. No ability to get snacks or early / late evening coffee. Vending machines broken.
We really enjoyed our atay at the Hyatt. The concierge, Kevin was extremely friendly and had great suggestions for dining and tours. The location was convenient to Bourbon street and restaurants.
Great hotel. Sure, can get noisy because close to Bourbon St, but that's expected. Great service and good food too.

Great central location to all the activities - easy walk to either WWII museum or Jackson Square! Canal Street street car nearby for ride to cemeteries. Room was clean and had lovely balcony accesses but it was no frills - no shower cap or lotions - bathroom tiny and basic, bedding simple and pillows small. Lobby and reception is clean and short wait for help. If you want quiet clean location near everything, this is a good choice!
The staff are so friendly and very helpful especially Kevin from concierge. The surrounding area especially around night time we feel like it is not safe. The vibe at night is not safe if you have kids with you and the stinky smell.

I didn't like the parking situation and i feel that parking should be free come on the room is extremely expensive and the service is definitely not like it used to be....I'm sorry to say i was deeply disappointed.
Great location and easy to get in and out of the property and very walkable area for the area we wanted to explore. Very courteous, friendly, accommodating staff.
What a nice hotel. My room was modern chic in design and comfortable. Housekeeping was seamless and excellent daily. Front desk was good customer service. Great location.
The location was great, the dining options were great, the rooms were modern and ample. The front desk staff was awesome, Eric the concierge/attendant at the door was so helpful and friendly, always pleasant and Tracy at the front desk was wonderful too!
Had a great stay 2/11-2/15. Was able to enjoy the Super Bowl at the restaurant bar downstairs and then Mardi Gras evening events. Great location between Bourbon St & Canal St. Everything is close by and was able to walk safely and comfortably to all fun spots from the hotel. We had a clean room and wonderful service from the staff. No complaints at all except the heater didn’t work in either of my rooms (only blowing cool/cold air??), but was still comfortable. Will return again!
I have zero complaints. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to assist. The place was very clean. And we were in the heart of the action yet tucked away. We will stay here next year when we return for Mardi Gras!!!
Stayed for Mardi Gra. Had balcony view on Bourbon St. A little overpriced for the event but worth the memories. Everything one needs is within walking distance.
Vallet parking is great, they will grab sunglasses out of your car for you if needed, and always polite and helpful. Walking distance of Bourbon street, great time.

My grandmother have chosen to stay here at least once or twice a year since 2014. We love it. The lobby is great and so are the staff. However, the beds are seriously awful. We leave with sores on our backs and sore muscles from the awful mattresses.
The lobby and location is ideal for canal street shopping, walkable distance to the French quarter. We stayed in a king room with a balcony over Bourbon street. If noise bothers you while sleeping I do not recommend because you will hear the party and drums and music until early morning hours. We knew this ahead of time so it was not a problem. The room was small and seemed a bit dated. I was not expecting that since this hotel has been renovated. It’s just a room and bathroom— does not feel worth the price paid. Very overpriced.

Good location to dining. Hyatt not at the same level as others. No glasses in the rooms. Broken shower taps.
