Perfect location for Marti Gras.

Great experience. The hotel is a little older but very well kept. The location is awesome and there is parking at the Hotel. One block from Burbon Street once you park no need to drive again. $38.00 to park per day other lots are $20.00 but to far.

I will admit that this isn’t the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at but the location is fantastic!

Spent 3 nights at Prince Conti for Mardis Grad. Check in was easy and staff was efficient and helpful. The room was fine, comfortable bed. Bathroom was small but the hotel is in a good location and the price was reasonable. I would stay here again .

They canceled without notice!

Pros: The location was the only good thing about it - and the cute coffee shop next door.
Cons: Your customer service and policy on taking payments. If you are taking Expedia reservations then you need to honor the policies they set forth!!
The hotel ran my card BEFORE my arrival and since I had canceled the card due to a lost/stolen card - they were unable to process the payment. Though they were not even supposed to charge me until I arrived for check in. They claimed to have called me to notify me, but a review of my phone records proves they did not reach out to me or leave a message... or even e-mail. To make it worse Expedia didn't alert me to the cancellation. So my boyfriend and I showed up from out of state to the hotel (for my birthday getaway) to find out we didn't have a room anymore - and of all places NEW ORLEANS which can be difficult to book for a reasonable price. Their only offer was to stay in the smallest room they had available (and I had a very large King booked). We decided to stay because the location was good but I regret that decision. The hotel is old (obviously) but it's also run down. There were several outlets that did not work and nothing has been updated in recent years so I felt like I was walking on 40 years of grime in the room. The water fluctuated terribly between hot and cold AND there was a gaping hole in the window that hadn't been repaired (broken glass). I won't stay there again or ever recommend it - to make it worse neither the hotel nor Expedia would take responsibility for the cancellation or even offer to make it right. Horrible customer service on both sides!

Beautiful French Quarter Accommodations

Easy to get to by car and great location to walk to anything but also in a quite part of the french quarter. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful rooms.

Great location Hotel in need of an update/ refresh (especially bathroom) Staff @ check-in very friendly & helpful but rest of staff inattentive and transactional

Great location within walking distance to everyth

Great location within the French Quarter. Close to Bourbon St, Canal and Jackson square. The rooms were comfortable with all the amenities needed and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable for a good night rest. Although the hotel is close to all the action, you don’t hear the noise in your room. You can get a quiet noise free rest/sleep.

hotel is very close to Bourbon street

Hotel is very close to Bourbon street which is a good and bad thing. There were lots of garbage cans located very close to the entrance of the hotel. I see rats running around and is not nice to walk by the garbage cans everyday you go back to the hotel. The room is just OK as well as the service.

We really enjoyed the hotels comfort and location. We were close enough to every area of the French Quarter that we wanted to visit.
