Perfect location, wonderful staff, spacious roomPosted Sep 26, 2017
Cons: I only wish the bathtub had a handheld extension so it was easier to bathe the girls, other than that , we had a wonderful stay and we will definitel
My husband and 2 girls (3 y/o and 1 y/o) stayed in this hotel to escape Hurricane Irma, the staff was wonderful , very attentive to our needs, the hotel room is very spacious and has a division wall where we kept the crib the hotel provided and the sofa bed where our oldest slept, it was great as they had their space when bedtime came around and we had ours. The hotel has an amazing location, great restaurant around within walking distances for breakfast and diner (Oceana Grill), Willy's chicken, , also McDonald is right across the street for a quick and fast meal and Walgreens Pharmacy is 1 minute away, great to purchase milk, diapers, etc... I only wish the bathtub had a handheld extension so it was easier to bathe the girls, other than that , we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay here again! We did not need to rent a car..the city is walk- able we did great with two strollers and took the trolley once ( 3 min walk). We did the plantation tour to Oak Valley which was absolutely beautiful , the tour picked us up and dropped us off at hotel lobby.

Good location. Nice hotel.Posted Sep 18, 2017
Great location for walking all over. Unhappy maid left no coffee to make on my last day, I had a very early flight and no caffeine until checked in😢. Bathroom small without a lot of counter space. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Not a bad choicePosted Sep 12, 2017
Pros: Convenience to the French Quarter...Friendly staff...
Cons: A little updating of the interior of the room and better drainage of the bath water...
Location: Right on the fringe of the French Quarter almost on the corner of Canal street and Royal...The Aquarium is very close by...
Located just off Canal street but close enough to be called the Quarter a very nice place to stay...Here's my take on this hotel...Pros: Wonderful staff, not a bad location and price...Cons: Needs a little updating as far as appearance of the room, poor drainage of our tub water which became ankle deep most times, the pool could be a tad cooler given the fact it was about 84 degrees which doesn't cool a person down after the heat of Louisiana...All in all we had a great time and our stay was pleasurable...
