The hotel itself is nice, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. My issue is that I came to this specific hotel in Summerside because my children wanted to swim in the pool and cool water slides attached to the property, and when we checked-in there was no mention of a pool closure. However, when we returned to hotel at night from our first day excursion, we found a posted sign on the front desk stating that the pool & slides would be closed until the end of the month. If Expedia had this closure information on their website, I would have instead stayed at different hotel in Charlottetown, that has a great pool as well. My children were completely heartbroken, as this was their only chance to swim and slide in that very cool-looking pool. This may seem like a very minor issue to most, but as a father of young children, I assure you that this pool closure ruined their vacation, and that, in turn, ruined my vacation.

Beautiful property. Excellent size and location, clean and everything supplied... Would have liked an earlier check in and a later check out...the typical 3pm check in and 11am check out would have worked better than 4pm and 10 am... will definitely return😊
