Hotel close to convention I was attending.Posted Sep 21, 2015
Location: Sorry, not much to do in Clovis. Although the veterans memorial district is directly across the street, and worth a visit for anyone who served.
There was a booking error with my reservation, and I was due to stay for two nights. When I called to confirm, the staff said it was for only one night, and that no other rooms were available. I jumped onto Expedia was immediately available to find open rooms. I am very disappointed that the staff lied to me like that.

The hotels location is in the middle of old town Clovis, convenient for antique shopping or browsing. There are plenty of restaurants in walking or driving distance. The room was clean & comfortable. My stay was very pleasant.

Location close to friends.Posted Aug 2, 2015
Pros: It was close to where our friends live and shops and restaurants close by.
Cons: Air conditioning
We were not happy with the air conditioning unit. There was no way to turn the fan down to low, so when it was on it blew full force right into our faces. It was either freezing cold or when turned off, too warm. We tried increasing the temperature to make it not too cold, but the fan still blew full force. Unless this is changed we will not be staying there again.

Pleasant hotel in downtown Clovis.Posted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: Quiet and location
Cons: I noticed a big gap between the door and the floor so i felt it would allow noise to come into my room as i was just next to the lobby but was quiet
Location: Downtown shops
Quiet hotel located in the heart of downtown Clovis. Rooms are spacious, with a desk, table with two chairs and a microwave. Plenty of room to dress and be comfortable. Free breakfast includes waffles, bagels, juices, cereals, morning muffins. Fairly basic but still a good choice.
