The hotel seemed to be a decent place for those with emergencies regarding last second stays, but seems to have a problem with early check-in. If their housekeepers aren't onsite, they won't buzz you into the main office. That seems to be another issue: I've never stayed in a hotel where they locked the front door and required you to be buzzed in.

Average could be more up to the price its charging MOST DEFENITY. And Manager ROSA really needs to be more BUISINESS & PEOPLE FRIENDLY 1 of the STAFF AMY is BOTH BUISNESS & PEOPLE FRIENDLY I'D give her a grading of a B-C in customer service.

I was bitten by bed bugs at 3 in the morning, bed was uncomfortable, and the floor was sticky.

not to great some staff was really uncoraporative manager rude to self and child. I been very upset.
