Comfortable bed, lots of tv channel choices, good size room and just off the freeway.

The service was fantastic but the hote itself was disgusting. There were also no lights in the lamps so we only had one light in the room. The phone was useless because it didn’t have a cord. The TV was staticky and did not have a clear picture. There was no remote for it.

Party in the room next door

Posted Nov 26, 2017
No control over the number of guests. Constant knocking on, and slamming of the door next door. Not a place for rest.

Decent enough, affordable, get what you pay for.

Posted Nov 20, 2017
Pros: Affordable. Clean. Good enough for my needs.
Cons: Better facilities maintenance. A tiny bit more attention to breakfast prep - oatmeal is a good option but should be easy to make a consistent quality!
Location: Close enough to downtown Fresno. Very close to a lot of fast food chain restaurants.
A budget hotel. They could do a little more maintenance as my door was difficult to close and lock and the overall feeling was a bit shabby. Breakfast was utilitarian at best. But it was cheap, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable enough, bathroom and linens were clean and good enough. I wouldn't so much as criticize as suggest to anyone looking at the hotel to assume that you will get what you pay for. It's a cheap hotel but perfectly good at the price. I would stay there again if it suited my needs at the time.

Scam

Posted Oct 28, 2017
I was driving from Phoenix to Sacramento, and decided to stay in Fresno to break up the drive. I booked online and tried to call the hotel to say I was going to be checking in late, only to find the number was disconnected. I went by the hotel and they appeared to be closed. I called Expedia, and was told that they couldn't get a hold of the hotel, after 30 minutes of arguing with the guy (who didn't believe me that the hotel was closed) I just went to a motel 6 nearby that was actually open. I requested for a refund for the room that I couldn't stay at, and the response I got was that I couldn't get a refund since it was against the hotels policy.

Hi Karen, Probably you have unpleasant experience with other Days inn in Fresno. We do not have any guy working on front desk or No Motel6 near by us!! property is not closed nor phone broken.
