This location features an apparently renovated facilities and everything worked well. However:
I had two large issues with this property:
1. Upon arrival I was given a substandard room (no refrigerator, no microwave) and when I returned to office I was told that "this _discounted_ room was what I reserved". This was patently untrue as I pulled my phone and showed that I could immediately reserve the normal room for $95 (on the spot), while I reserved through expedia, in advance, and I did reserve normal, not a "discounted" room for $129. Luckily they were able to correct their error - and I was eventually given another, normal room. This took time from my sleep, and an unnecessary relocation.
2. Everyone (not just I) was told that "we need to put a $50 hold on your card in addition to the reservation charge". This is unusual and inconvenient! A long line resulted. Everyone was stumped with this unusual practice. I was told that the charge will be refunded in 5 days, but it wasn't. So I disputed the $50 charge via VISA, and the dispute was resolved. This is inconvenient and highly irregular. There are reviews on Expedia that show that they had NOT received their $50 refund.
This is an unusual and negative experience (compared to other properties I used on my trip).
