I never got to stay because when I checked in that night I was told they couldn't check me in because their systems went down and anyone that booked with a third party after 11:00pm they couldn't honor the reservation and that there wasn't anything they could do and after the third party called and told them they would fax over the reservation they still wouldn't accept it.

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We are researching the specifics with our reservations manager as well as to Expedia, as all reservations, no matter which channel they come through, should always be accepted.
