Doubletree stay

Hotel was nice but neighborhood is in questionable location with alot of homeless. Overall customer service was great & Friendly. Room was in good condition with cleanliness & comfort.

I never got to stay because when I checked in that night I was told they couldn't check me in because their systems went down and anyone that booked with a third party after 11:00pm they couldn't honor the reservation and that there wasn't anything they could do and after the third party called and told them they would fax over the reservation they still wouldn't accept it.

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We are researching the specifics with our reservations manager as well as to Expedia, as all reservations, no matter which channel they come through, should always be accepted.

Hotel was beautiful arrived passed midnight checked in with no problem was offered warm cookies, easy check out in the morning.

Staff refused Expedia reservation

They gave me a different room than what I reserved and paid and said they do not honor Expedia transactions

We are quite confused and will be researching this promptly. We accept many, many Expedia reservations and Expedia has been one of our online partners for many years. There are times we cannot accept specific guest room requests, but we certainly honor all reservations made through Expedia and other online channels.
