I used Expedia . Com to book my room the price was great there was no deposit. The room was nice as well as the staff.

Street view not good area not bad.

Pros: no likes.
Cons: overall look is not good.
Location: location is good.
The room was large but the furniture was old. the bath room needs work and water pressure was bad in sink and shower.

One desperate time only kinda stay. Never again!

Staff is unfriendly. Ice machines never work. Air conditioners barely blew cool air out up until the entire unit broke down. We spent the night swimming in our own sweat! Very uncomfortable. Area isn't too bad- convenience stores, restaurants, businesses all within walking distance. At night the parking lot gets crowded with business not suitable for children (or a family). In the morning you find paraphernalia all over the grounds.

The cheapest possible

Hotel was nothing like the posted pictures. The a/c was barel functional. Not acceptable when the cities weather is 110+. No microwave or mini fridge. Everything about the hotel felt "barely acceptable' Not reccomended.

HOT AND COLD in all the wrong ways

The room air conditioning did not work. When maintenance came they told us this was as good as it gets. Old system that breaks down a lot. No individual room controls. The hot water would not get hot. Let it run and run and still just warm. Again maintenance said it was as good as it gets. The pool was nice and the staff was as helpful as can be, but the facilities were just awful. We could not stay.

The worst !!! I will never stay there again. Stinks , old, hot . Dirty . Hair in the sheets. That was not mine.

To hot to function

The staff seem to be in a sour mood. The air conditioning was not working, we we're informed that it was reset and would take a few hours to cool again, it was over 80F our room and the room of our friends were staying in. Come morning the A/C was still not cooling, on top of that the so called fan was on high but you could not feel any air circulate through the room. Breakfast was standard for continental breakfast, some bagels, some fruit, juice, and cereal. The area around the hotel does not seem very safe, there are many sketchy characters walking in the street. There is a Walmart across the street that is very convenient, we went and got ice,fan and cooler to make shift some sort of cooling system, the ice machine in the hotel was also out of order. Over all I will not be returning to this hotel and I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Beware!!

Stayed at this hotel because everything else was booked. We wanted to leave as soon as we were looking for our room due to people hanging out in front of the building entrance smoking and just hanging around. Our room had no A/C and smelled like cigarettes!! You would think A/C is a must in Fresno with weather at 90+ Fahrenheit. The ice and vending machines were broken. The pool was closed! After being told we couldn't cancel, we went straight to our room and locked ourselves. The only good thing I can say is that the attendant in the front was polite. I guess you get what you pay for!!

The worst place to stay i have ever experienced in

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I dont know where to start, but if the hotel is so terrible shape, at lease you can have the staff to be friendly.
Front desk staff very unfriendly, did not even say Thank You! Paid extra for suite, the sofa had blood and black oil stains. The room smell was filled with smoke. The curtain was torn and holding on with who knows what. The sink had stains and mold in the shower. Save your money.
