Close to freeway was the only convenience.

Pros: The rooms have full size refrigerators.
Cons: Cleaning of the grounds and the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. they are jerks!!!!!
The staff is not very helpful and they are uninformed. The grounds are constantly dirty. The cable selection is terrible.

Everything old and dirty

Pros: clean sheets
Cons: everything besides bed
Pretty disappointing place. Beds and sheets/towels are OK, but everything else is old and pretty dirty, especially floor carpet. Ceiling has some solid pieces of old popcorn plaster falling off. 'kitchen' doesn't have dishwasher or oven and you would need to ask for kitchenware separately at the check in desk.

Good value

Pros: Pet friendly, good location
Location: Across the street from Kaiser hospital, close to shopping/restaurants/freeway.
Good value for the price, but a/c had a hard time keeping the room cool and the room smelled smokey when we checked in (non smoking room). Great staff, very courteous and efficient, and convenient location. Pet friendly, which is awesome! Overall a good experience.

Nice hotel, quiet location

We stayed on a week night and the area was pretty quiet. Several nice places around to eat close to hotel.

Not what I expected, and not in a good way!

Pros: Located in a nice neighborhood!
Cons: Just not my kind of hotel.
Location: Great location, convenient to the venue I was visiting. Very nice, safe area!
The hotel was disappointing. I thought I had booked a hotel with a full breakfast, maid service, a front reception/lobby open 24 hours, and interior corridors. I was told this by the Expedia representative. Much to my dismay, not the fault of the hotel, all of this was a lie. The people at the hotel were very nice and accommodating as could be, under the unfortunate circumstances.

GROSS HOTEL

Room Smells. Dirty sheets, carpet, bathroom. Front office staff was not helping at all. EXTREMELY SLOW WIFI - TAKES 20 MINUTES TO LOAD UP A WEBPAGE SUCH AS YAHOO IF YOU'RE LUCKY. Do not stay here! ;

Disgustingly Dirty

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: A good deep cleaning inside and out.
If you go by the pictures online, it looks nicely appointed.....well, you'd be wrong. Most of the amenities are there, it just needs some deep cleaning inside and out. The carpet looks like someone did an oil change in the room. I went to use the lamp on the night stand only to discover that the bulb was just hanging there broken down to shards that could've cut me. Only two measly pillows on the queen sized bed. No washcloths and no hairdryer, and no shampoo or conditioner. Outside looked like nobody had EVER taken a hose or soap and water to the walkways, stairs and railings. Outside plants were dying and dead. Check-out staff barely mumbled to me to have a good day, after ignoring me during check out. Motel 6 probably would've been better....at least they leave the (unbroken) light on for you.

Nice Hotel

Walking distance to Sweet Tomatoes and Chilis! Costco down the street and 1/2 mile away from Target! It's quite area. The A/C is super cold during the 109 weather for the 2 nights I was there.

Hotel not up to satisfaction

Cons: Breakfast should have some breads/eggs/fruits/juice/milk etc.
Bedsheets were not clean, all pillows didn't have cover. Restroom was not clean and good. Bath tub and commode were in bad shape.Breakfast should have some breads/eggs/fruits/juice/milk etc.

Not like other extended stays!

I was looking for some place where i can stay for 4 nights before i find an apartment. I prefered ro stay in extended stay since they have kitchen and it's easier to stay for longer time. It wasn't like other extended stays i had experienced. Much smaller and no kitchen stuff. If u wanted the kitchen stuff u had to go down and get from lobby. And they said since we're staying for 4 nights they don't clean the room till we get out of it!
